We stayed there with a 17 month toddler, room was very tight. We smelled cigarette smoke almost everyday which bothered my son a lot during his sleep and we weren’t sure where it was coming from. Breakfast was pretty basic, staff are outstanding and very friendly. Location is phenomenal, everything is very walkable. Overall clean and safe.

We stayed in the family room which was large and comfortable. The beds abs pillows were great and the room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved how close we were to the centre of Florence but felt very tucked away in the hotel.

The building was secure. The room was really nice for our family of 4. The bathroom and shower were updated. The reception staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was great! Luckily there’s a lift to the 4th floor. Very clean. Very close and walkable to attractions. I’d stay here again

The staff was awesome!!! The hotel seem to have little room. Our junior suite was cute had the best balcony view in Florence! However the suite was different with stairs inside and bathroom on another floor. I think for older people it would not work. We did enjoy staying at this hotel. It was different and we liked it. Breakfast was good.

Prime location. 10 minutes walk in any direction gets you to an attraction. You can come back to your room and rest before heading out in another direction if you are with family/ kids. Lots of food options too. About 8 minutes walk from train station. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay here.

Our family stayed for three nights and check in was smooth and Louise was very helpful. The hotel is close to the train station so very walkable. My 17 year old son appreciated his twin bed being in a separate area - he had his own suite separate from the main room where our king size bed was. Breakfast was great - lots of choices! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Florence!

Love the open terrace view from the junior suite. Great view of the duomo as well as most of florence. Good space with a small kitchenette. There was only 2 of us but we loved the large space of the entire suite

We enjoyed our stay. The room was small for our family of 3 but it was clean. Laura is an amazing host and Anna prepares delicious cappuccino for breakfast.
