Hotel just round the corner from the Duomo and main square. Clean and spacious. All facilities in great condition. Friendly and welcoming staff. I'd certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Front desk Staph Stephania, and concierge were outstanding in their hospitality and knowledge of the local area; very welcoming and easy to interact with. The hotel; rooms and breakfast area are tastefully decorated. Elegant and classy! We would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to friends and family.

This hotel was fantastic! Amazing location, the customer service impeccable and kind, professional and the hotel was beautiful, clean, new. The suite with the king bed and fold out couch made for a perfect room for our family! We are already planning to stay here again!

My family and I reserved 5 rooms for 3 nights at the Hotel Cerretani Mgallery hotel. The front staff during the day was excellent, polite and cordial. They remember your face from coming in and out. The beds and comforters were comfortable. The location was super close the to the Central Market, close to Duomo and the train station. Convenient! When I visit Florence I will stay here again.
