This is a typical family run hotel in Italy...Not really designed as a hotel but repurposed as one with resulting shortcomings. A very small room with very thin walls, old but serviceable furniture, not much in the way of amenities but good for a short stay of one to two days. The TV is the size of my tablet and the bath fixtures are in need of updating. If you are given the rooms on the third level then hauling luggage might be a problem as well.

The place is really 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from Uffici. Near by everywhere. The family that runs the place are very helpful and pleasant.The breakfast was ok and the place clean and comfortable, and the free Wi Fi worked perfectly. Yet, no English channels on the TV. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
