MOXY Milan Malpensa Airport

Room was huge, we stayed in an accessible room suitable for families, beds were comfy, staff were very friendly and the food was perfect for our stay before flying first thing the next day.

We were “lucky” to be greeted by the head of the staff herself on August 10th in the evening, which was highly unfriendly, slow and very unprofessional. she was commenting back any attempt to request some service or give a feedback. For example, for the request to get a baby cod she answered that sometimes babies sleep just in the same bed with parents (by the way, hotel beds in rooms have no chance to be moved to a wall or anyhow be secured that a baby doesn’t roll down), despite having all passports (3!) but one (forgotten in the car), she didn’t offer to bring her the passport later, after we would have accommodated ourselves with the baby, nor accepted picture. It was late, after a long waiting and we were holding a tired child that was falling asleep. She also referred to the fact, the rooms we booked were via Expedia removing her own responsibility for the service. She engaged into a long argument with us leaving other guests to queue further. She was insisting that she just “do her job”, however at the end she didn’t give us the papers to sign for the 2nd room and didn’t send the bill. We have said, that our brother works in the hotel business and this is unacceptable. When this head of staff arranged us the parking, she could not leave it without an inappropriate comment from her side either, saying that she hopes our brother is happy now. The lady= the head of the staff stays in my story without a name only because she refused to give her name at the end.

Perfect spot for early departure from Milan. Fun activities available for our whole family. Comfortable, clean, modern rooms. Very helpful staff despite our inability to speak Italian. Highly recommend.

2 mins walk from T2, so convenient. Great family room with 2 rooms. All well furbished and clean. Nice atmosphere, very modern.

Our family room was very comfortable with a separate sleeping area for us and the kids. The bathroom was large, but with a weird design when the toilet was too close to the shower. The design was really nice , and breakfast was good. The location is convenient, right next to the shuttle to terminal 1. Overall, it's a good place to sleep at the airport with good value for money.

Clean,stylish,modern and close to terminal 2. There's also a shuttle to other stops including terminal 1. There was no landline to call the frontdesk so we had to go out of our room for every little thing and tgat was inconvenient. Breakfast is super expensive at 15 euros per person,adult or child so we skipped breakfast and got something affordable and tasty at the entrance into terminal 1. Overall,we will stay again but skip their expensive breakfast .

Great hotel to spend the night. It’s at terminal 2 and there’s a free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. We had a family room and the staff had already made up the sleep couch for our kids by the time we checked in.

This property had a nice modern vibe. It was in short walking distance of the free MXP shuttle. The availablity of fresh food and drink choices were welcome after a long international flight. The 2 room suite offered enough space and privacy for a family of 3. Checkin was simple, and prices for proximity to the airport were reasonable. Would definately choose to stay at the Moxy again.

I was looking for an airport hotel ahead of an early flight home. This was perfect - modern, clean, and easy to stay in. The family room was a great size and perfect for us. If you are flying out of terminal 2 at Malpensa, this is only 100m up the road. There is a bus to terminal 1 from the bus stop across the road.
