Best Western Hotel Cavalieri Della Corona

DO NOT STAY HERE - From the moment we walked into our room, we wanted to leave !! The rooms were disgusting, old, smelled and just unsatisfactory ! Expressed all of this to the front desk - some didn't care and others actually agreed with what I was saying !! No-one offered us any kind of resolution or option of $$ refunded to possibly find somewhere else to stay - we literally stayed out of our room all day and at night we would sit in lounge area with our teen granddaughters to escape this unsatisfactory room. Also Hotel had signs of a pool party on Sunday, thought great, teens can relax outside for the day only to figure out it was an outside party being held at the hotel, tons of people came through the back , outside organizers of this made us constantly move from where we were sitting, our teen girls had pool floats taken from them and told they couldn't use, literally taken from them !!! We were guests at hotel but yet couldn't use the pool the 1 day we could !!!!!! My family agreed that the only positive note to this hotel was the bartender Stefano who everyday was smiling, positive and cared. I contacted DELTA Vacations regarding our experience as well as Hotels.com as we had back to back stays pre-planned here !! we paid a decent amount of $$ to stay here and it was utterly disgusting and no one cared !!!!!!

We spent the night before taking off from Malpensa. We took a family room for 4. it was comfort and clean.

I chose this hotel as an overnight stay for my young family when arriving at Malpensa airport lateish at night before moving on to Como the next day. The taxi fare for the short transfer from airport to hotel was EUR 15. Either I got fleeced or the fare was explained by the late hour and/or airport supplements. The hotel was clean, comfortable, close to the airport and presumably soundproofed from aircraft noise because we heard none. The breakfast buffet was extensive. We did not stay for lunch or dinner.

Having multiple beds in the room for kids was great. Nice to have a restaurant in the hotel also.
