Amazing hotel with beautiful amenities, accurately described. Breakfast was just what we needed before a day of travelling. A shame it wasnt made clearer that we would need to pay a €50 supplement for our child to have a bed! For the price we paid already, this was a bit of a surprise and should just be made clearer! We would happily return and service was excellent. Super convenient to get to the terminal.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport but I encountered some headaches from the hotel and the staff. The hotel mistakenly called my room after 10:30 pm twice and the restaurant threw away my toddlers food that I had requested be boxed up so I could finish in the room. This was also the only hotel in my Europe trip that did not have complimentary free breakfast.

Very convenient place for taking a morning flight. All mod cons, quiet and comfortable rooms. We stayed as a family of four.

This is our second stay at this property. The location is excellent if you need to be at Terminal 1. However, all rooms have a max occupancy of 3 regardless of size of the room or age of kids. We have a 2 year old and 5 year old, and we had to book two rooms (even though some of the rooms are large enough for a rollaway bed and cot to fit comfortably in). Given this is one of the only convenient options for a hotel in Terminal 1, one is left with no choice. Happy to pay an additional cost for occupancy, but it seems strange that even the suites don’t allow for this. Also, we’ve been disappointed by the food both times.

If you have an early flight out of malpensa don’t think twice about booking the Sheraton. Stayed here with my 2 children - 8 & 12 - before an early flight and it
Made the whole trip less stressful by avoiding a 5am wake up and travel to airport
Instead I dropped my rent a car off the evening before, walked 150ft to the lobby, spent
An enjoyable evening having dinner and then strolled across to the terminal in the morning.

This hotel was very convenient for our morning trip the following day. we had 2 bedrooms because we were traveling with our 2 sons. The hotel was very clean, but the only problem was a leak that happened in our room around 12 AM after we were already resting for our upcoming trip early in the morning. We called reception and they sent someone within 15 minutes, then they changes to another room. the breakfast area was unique and beautiful, my family love it, the food was very good, and they even have a chef for the eggs, to order at your way. We also found a restaurant near the area you just have to take the shuttle bus to terminal 2, but get off at the next 2 stops. I really recommend this hotel.

Best Hotel on the Airport premise Hotel EVER!!! We are a group of 5 ranging from 71-16 years of age. This hotel was accessible from Terminal 1 in Malpensa Airport and it had easy signs to find it! Along the way there’s beautiful statues and art that is so welcoming of a beautiful place and sophistication as Milan. It gets better upon check in we find out that it’s part of Marriott and we benefit from Marriott rewards. Our very helpful front desk person. A gentlemen that I wish I could recall his name?? we had inquired about a dining place other than the hotel’s (which is also very nice and acceptable, but wanted to enjoy one last meal outside) He recommended a fabulous place only minutes from the hotel property. Note: the hotel property is beautiful, very quite and expansive. To our surprise there is a pool, a spa, sauna, bars and restaurants. There are plenty of open spaces to enjoy the sun and if you prefer to have a drink or a smoke the hotel also has this for every kind of guest. The rooms were so comfortable, bed linens were fresh, fluffy sheets, and extra pillows. It had great a/c, this so important in July as the heat can get a little bit uncomfortable. The bathroom were well equipped with bathrobes, slippers (that my husband used to get across to the pool area, haha) Extra towel and toiletries. I would highly recommend this place if you are traveling with children, older adults, teenagers (my son had use of the GYM!!! it was excellent) We love this place.Thank you!!!

Two night stay. I was upgraded to a junior suite which was spacious and had excellent facilities. Comfortable bed and two televisions. Pretty good wifi. Breakfast was very good and there was a lot of choice.

Very convenient location and clean room / good amenities, however despite knowing we were travelling as a family with young children, with all the luggage that entails, we were put in pretty much the furthest part of property, very, very far from the lifts, which made getting in and out of the room a nightmare. Suggest the staff pay better attention to their guests in future!
