iQ Hotel Roma

Loved everything about this hotel. The location, the cleanliness (the hotel smells amazing). Staff was great! Breakfast WOW !! And also they were amazing with our daughter they had a baby bed for her and even gifted her with a toiletries kit which we loved . Will definitely be staying with IQ Hotels again

Doreen and all of the staff are the best!! We arrived on June 21st after being awake all night with two young boys, they had our room ready by 11:00 AM. They were accommodating, very clean, extremely kid-friendly, and understanding of unique large families and their special quirks. We then left on the 23rd for a cruise and when we came back we had originally booked the Mecure hotel because we wanted the boys to have a pool in the afternoon. The other hotel did not have anywhere near the same hospitality and was overpriced compared to IQ Roma, and mostly due to a certain view from the bar up top. Meanwhile we all found that IQ Roma offered just as ideal a location and just as much to see in a walking distance. My parents lasted one night and wanted to leave to go back to IQ Roma. Luckily I found one room left for them and when we arrived, Doreen helped my parents and myself to make sure I could get a room the following night. They made our trip spectacular and they are exceptional at accommodating new visitors especially from the U.S! Oh and you can’t beat the amazing breakfast! Thank you again IQ Roma!

Staff members were fabulous, super helpful. Lots of good restaurants around the area. Very close to major sights. Safe neighborhood specifically at night. Will recommend to family and friends and will definitely come back.

I searched many options for a hotel that offered a family room option. Hotel IQ was fantastic from start to finish. Our room for a family of four was quite roomy. Our room and the hotel common areas were modern and very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. There are several restaurants in the area including the hotel restaurant. Be sure to make a reservation for the hotel restaurant. The popular tourist sites were a bit of a walk away, but the hotel staff was happy to call us a taxi. Thank you Hotel IQ for helping to make our family’s stay in Rome so wonderful.

The hotel is in a good location and convenient to the metro, Hop On Hop Off buses. Decor is modern and the room is spacious and clean. Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. The buffet breakfast priced at 12 Euro each is reasonable and the food was very good. Great water pressure help rid your fatigue and stiffness with a hot shower. Overall would recommend it to friends and family.

This is a brilliant hotel for a short trip to Rome! I think it’s perfect for young people travelling, friends and family! The hotel is clean and very modern, lots of great facilities - a little bar, a restaurant, a laundry room, computers to use, rooftop lounge (hot tub in season) and gym!!! Everything you could possibly want. The service is immaculate, the front desk staff are so so so incredibly friendly and chivalrous (especially Emilio and Gionardo [hopefully we have the names right!])! The maids and cleaners around the hotel are lovely and so welcoming! I cannot express enough how amazing and helpful this staff is! If there was anything extra you wanted or a change in your room you can let the front desk know (mattress too hard, different pillow, missing plug) so you can make yourself comfortable! They even give u free bits and pieces in your room - water, tea, biscuits, soft drinks! And of course your standard shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body cream and little packs of earbuds and cotton pads! The distance from main attractions is about a 20-30 mins walk. To walk to the Trevi Fountain there is a bit of a hill there and back but the metro is a 6 min walk as are the buses. If you need a taxi the front desk is there to help!! There is nothing wrong that can be said about this hotel 10/10! They really set the mood for our trip and let me tell you, it was a fantastic one!!! ❤️

This property perfectly facilitated a Rome in a Day experience for us. Impeccably clean. Helpful staff spoke English & gave us a walking tour map. The only site we didn't see was the Sistine Chapel. Returned to a gourmet meal in the rooftop restaurant @ 8pm. Slept like babies in a quiet, comfortable room. Enjoyed coffee and could have had a hearty breakfast in the morning before leaving in the taxi they arranged for us. Bravo!

I absolutely loved our stay at IQ Rome. The service was incredible. Facilities are top notch (we really enjoyed the free rooftop with access to the wine vending machine) amazing full breakfast and all of the little perks were greatly appreciated (refillable snacks, waters, selection of toiletries. Etc.) I strongly recommend staying at this hotel and will be recommending to family and friends travelling to Rome.

This was the perfect hotel for our family of six. It was in a great location, the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. They gave us excellent local restaurants to enjoy and each one gave us the flavor of Rome and the food was delicious. We highly recommend it.

As my wife said, “they get it.” We are a family of four, including two teenage boys. That’s two rooms at nearly every hotel in Europe. Our quad room at iq, while snug, worked great for our entire family. Everyone working at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The breakfast option, water bottles and mini fridge in the room, self-serve refreshment machines, rooftop lounge, and laundry facility were all fantastic pluses.
