The property is located close to the train station and restaurants. The outside area is nice for a drink we never had there lunch or dinner but breakfast was awful. The family rooms are spacious. Overall not the worst place to stay but we would try somewhere else next time.

Very central and spacious and clean. Good tv channels. Quiet family room. No disturbance. Breakfast very poor. Nearly all the food was long life with very little fresh produce ie pastries not freshly made, fruit was canned, juice was not fresh! Staff ok but not friendly or engaging. Hotel a bit run down. Could do so much more. I was disappointed as we got married there over a decade ago.

Nice Hotel, Old but In Great Condition. Some of the Furniture in the entrance room was ugly and very motel 6. The bedroom and new bathroom were great. They did a bad job on replacing the ceiling tiles i the entrance room and bathroom, ugly gaps between the tiles. Bedroom was beautiful. Had a wooden Desk and matching wardrobe, {Motel 6} Free Buffet for breakfast, very good, and lot of Variety But they only make Runny Scrambled eggs. Kathlean and her greeters were very friendly, but the rest of the servers and staff were not friendly, even when greeted in their Italian language. On the last night I asked the reservation desk for a Wakeup call at 5 a.m. The 45-year-old male said we do not do that here, and the looked at his coworkers and had a big Laugh. HE did this as I was walking away. he did not know that my other Guest was watching. I only found out about this when I got to U.S. otherwise, I would have had WORDS with him. {VERY RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL} Since the Hotel has no clocks in the room, they should provide this service. I had to have my family in the U.S. call us at 5 A.M.??? Overall, the Hotel was nice, but almost all the workers were not friendly, only a few. I tried to be friendly but at the end We did not bother saying Hello or good morning. Only to the few that were very nice. This is not a 4–5-star Hotel but as long as you know that your expectations. Will not be high.

Room was small and uninviting. One window with a view of dirty roof and other mechanical things. (Is this the kid of room Expedia VIPs/Gold get? Seems so.)

Our family made full use of the Junior Suite, with a spacious room that slept 4 and a decent sized bathroom. Breakfast was included for us and set us up for the day with a selection of cereals, fruits, pastries and more. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel has plenty of charm and is just a few minutes away from the Repubblica station, about 5 minutes walk from Termini and there were decent bus routes from across the road from the hotel that got you close to all of the famous attractions around the city. Our only real gripe would be the soundproofing from outside, the bar opposite was very loud with their live music. Luckily the band were excellent and our kids were tired so slept through the noise but it meant getting an early enough night could be hard. Overall though it was a great hotel for us and we'd stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful and very elegant. My wife and I travelled with our two teenaged boys so we upgraded to a junior suite. The room was very large and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff are friendly and courteous and the garden patio is the perfect spot for a cool beverage at the end of a busy day of site seeing. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was amazing. A huge spread that is sure to please North American tourists. The hotel is in a wonderful location, 10 min walk to the train station, 15 to 20 min walk to either the Coliseum or Trevi Fountain. There are great shops, and restaurants all along Via Nazionale. The area is VERY safe. In fact we walked all over Rome in the early mornings, and after dark and felt safe at all times. We travelled to Naples from Rome from the Train station and despite many warnings about safety at the train station - we had absolutely no problems. I highly recommend the high speed trains in Italy. We pre-booked online ahead of time and the journey was flawless. The trains are on-time, reliable and travel at 300 km/hour - AWESOME!

The hotel is located close to the station which is why we picked it and we were also able to walk to all the major sights from there. We had a standard double room and it was lovely. Very clean and renovated bathroom. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was high season in August and we witnessed several demanding and annoying families, and watched how the staff graciously dealt with them. It really must be difficult to keep smiling despite the behavior of some of the guests 😊. We definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again.
