Nice property with an apartment like setup. Good for families with kids.

Excellent stay in Rome. Good welcome from the staff. The apartment was spacious and clean, AC was excellent. Wifi was best. Kitchen facilities are spot on and have a Nespresso coffee machine and capsule complimentary to use. The tea facilities in the apartment were excellent. Excellent location, the staff explained well and helped to plan our visit. Close to the metro and walkable to all attractions. On main Shopping street. Hotel breakfast was average but never mind. Fully recommended to all friends and families. will book again for next Rome trip.

Staff is amazing, perfect location and very clean, it was a great choice for our family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay it was perfect for us as a family to have an apartment. The apartment itself was modern and well cared for. The hotel team were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location was great and we walked most places (although the Metro station was at the end of the road if wanted).

The hotel location is a little deceiving as you arrive. There is no fancy arrival area and a large door to a residential building awaits you so you have to ring the correct bell for the hotel staff to let you in. All of this is erased, however by the excellence of the hotel staff Gianni and Luca. Both guys are very pleasant and very helpful. I dealt more with Gianni and I can't say enough praise about his good attitude, willingness to help, explain about the ways in Rome and explaining how to get around. Phenomenal help between the two of them. The hotel room itself was not that special. We were a family of 5 and even though we were give a family room it was basically, walk in, put down your luggage and jump on the bed. The rooms were very clean but if you are looking for the ultimate comfort then this hotel is not for you. If you are looking however for a hotel that is centrally located to all the major sites and again the phenomenal service, then you should book at Cortina.
