A lovely hotel with amazing views and fab breakfasts. My negatives were: 1. Heat in room was unbearable (arrived Sunday after heatwave) please install air con in family rooms - two fans were provided, still uncomfortable (I know not quick fix). 2. Room service poor - don’t bother. I did find the room comfortable (other than heat) the addition of a fridge in the room would be welcomed. Breakfasts were really good as was the pool. Views are just amazing. I would stay again if room facing bay not a family room.

Nice hotel, but tough for a family with a baby and a pram. Lots of stairs. No elevator at our end of the hotel. Great leisure centre and the little fella loved it but would be a better hotel for a family with older mobile children

A decent hotel, but nothing special. Seems mostly suited for families. The good: Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was truly king sized Great views Friendly staff The not so good: Sauna was broken Outdoor hot tub was out of use, and apparently has been for weeks, without reason TV in the room is difficult to use due to the incredibly buggy software No mini-fridge in room Breakfast is technically served till late, but they don't refresh any items so if you don't arrive early most food will be gone
