Friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms. Pool was great hit with the kids. Bus outside takes you centre of galway or a taxi was between €14-20 depending on where we got dropped off in Galway.

We stayed as a family of four. Perfectly located hotel for Salthill, Galway City and a day trip to Connemara with a bus stop right outside the hotel. We stayed in a family room which was nice and breakfast and one evening meal in the hotel which was all really nice.

Stay here was fine. Stayed over a weekend so it was very busy with families. Breakfast adequate. No restaurant but the food in the bar was satisfactory.. Shower was inside the bath, we found the step in a out of the bath quite steep. Saff on the whole were very friendly.

Nice family room, good facilities, up to date bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner twice in the restaurant, food was fab, compliments to the chef! Also good pool ☺️

Attended a family event and found the hotel satisfactory. Everything that was necessary was there and was good and clean. Bathroom was clean although I found the shower in the bath a little bit difficult to enter and exit. Breakfast was adequate but selection could have been more extensive.

Overall, the stay was good value. The food was good and was well priced. Service was fantastic. Found it kid-friendly even though I heard other guests complaining about having their kids cautioned by staff,. The leisure centre was fantastic. The only negative: The hotel room carpet was stained in multiple places had seen better days.

Good food at restaurant. Pool has a person working at desk and you have to wear-bring or buy- a swim cap for €2.50. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Great room. Had large double bed and two singles, perfect for us and two kids.
