Well sited property. My only complaint is that my room had a strange odor and not deeply clean. All staff were delightful and hardworking and my kids' room was fine.

I actually booked this hotel as a birthday present for my daughter as she was visiting Ireland with boyfriend to meet his family. They both could not say enough wonderful things about the hotel. The in room wine and chocolates, the view, the location, the buffet, Galway, the Salthill Promenade .....they loved everything. I can't thank you enough for providing such a wonderful experience for them!

A large property with comfortable rooms located on the beach next to a carnival rides facility. Very family oriented. The only downside is that it is quite a ways from old town Galway.

Brilliant all round value and comfort. Lovely new bathroom, room perfectly nice, we were on top floor like a dormer window room, no view alas. The best rooms are with the sea view obviously! But we spent our time in the pool, cafe, bar, restaurant downstairs as there were lots of nice options downstairs. Service was above and beyond, unbelievable standard of kindness, helpfulness, engagement from staff. Faultless. Smiles and welcome - a thing you don't see all the time now. Breakfast was one of the very best despite the busyness of the hotel. We ate in the Bar and also the Restaurant - both good, kiddy friendly which suited us but wouldn't suit romancing couples! We will return for the service from Rachel in the Bar and Cayleigh in the Restaurant - made us feel like they wanted us there, appreciated our business and it was just great!

We were very disappointed with our stay. On arrival there was a mix up with booking and reception were helpful in helping with this issue. Our room was small and outdated. The taps in our bathroom weren't working so maintenance had to fix. Then our TV wouldn't turn on even though it had previously been on. Overall our bedroom and the hall corridors were cold. The swimming pool was cold and the changing rooms dirty. One of the evenings the boiler broke in the leisure centre so we could not shower and had to go upstairs in a towel. The hotel had advertised that a discount was available for leisureland and we asked reception and the leisure centre and we were told this was not the case. We had breakfast in the 'family room' on one of the mornings and the breakfast was cold and had a poor selection, we then realised that the actual breakfast room had a much better selection the next morning. The reception staff were unhelpful. The kids camp was great.
