We had booked 2 suites and an ocean view room. The check in was a problem despite giving the check in details and letting them know we’re traveling with 3 kids. We reached the hotel at 2 pm and our rooms weren’t ready. The person at the check in counter gave us a room that was not even the category I had already paid for it was a basic 2 bedroom room without a view and much smaller than I had paid for.

What a fabulous spot love it everytime i stay there. Nikhil is a fabulous host he will take care of u amazing. Always keeping his guests happy and like family.
