Wanted to stay at a prime location in Mumbai for family reason and nothing perhaps can be better than Taj Mahals be that Palace or Towers. To have clear sea-views & view of Gateway from upper floor, we opted Taj Mahal Tower and the view was perfect, as expected. Even Sunrise view is an additional pleasure. The entire team, be at the front desk or HK or at Shamiana Restaurant is extremely supportive and caring. Indian traditional welcome is another plus...

Staying at the Towers is half the price as staying in the ‘main’, older part of the hotel but you are still part of the hotel and closer to the reception and breakfast restaurants. Big spacious room though the shower itself is a good size the shower room is small, that’s the only downside. Expensive to eat in the restaurants but beautiful and have to say the Chinese restaurant was fantastic. Lovely pool area with children having to be with an adult, so very relaxing. Excellent location if you want to be in the heart of things and about an hour from the airport in good traffic!

the staff made me cry. Well it was tears of joy. I know that every time i travel to Mumbi i will only stay in Taj hotel. form bell boy to front manager Rushik Gohil they took care of all our smallest details of our stay. i was my pleasure to stay in hotel. More i think about my stay i get overwhelmed with their kind gestures and hospitality. They made me and my family feel very special. I have stayed in many 5 stars hotel i never ever have experienced this level of service. TATA GROUP hats off to you and your training. LOTS of LOVE hooping to see you all soon.

As soon as we arrived at Taj in Bombay with my other 2 friends on a business trip we were received with an Aarathy & Thulasi garland. Ms Prerna at the reception was kind enough to upgrade our Room to Taj Palace and it was an awesome experience for our 3 nights stay. The food was delicious.The house keeping supervisor was kind enough to give us a tour in Rajput suite - the favorite suite of Prince Charles. All of the staffs were very keen &attentive overall it was a dream come true vacation. Will definitely come back with my family.
