We came here to celebrate our daughter’s 5th birthday and the hotel and stuff did not let us down. Exceeded our expectations and made us leave the hotel with a smile. We love Trident Nariman Point and feel it’s the perfect place for families who travel from Abroad to stay and relax. We would keep coming here in the near future. Thank you to the management and the wonderful Polite staff for everything,

So I was expecting a better view from the room. Space was little limited inside for a baby crib. Some public spaces were not accessible (we couldn't take stroller in breakfast room). Mainly the location was the only thing that met the price charge expectations.

We Booked this hotel for our holiday stay from 4th April to 8th April. We had an extremely unpleasant experience Duty Manager Divyaansh was treated very badly, We Booked a Suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. They asked the kids to sleep on a single sofa and then offer a mattress that was extremely dirty I booked a 5-star hotel, not a dormitory how 2 kids can sleep on a single bed? Duty Manager Divyansh argues that they did not confirm kids will get to bed to sleep which means kids have to sleep on the floor. at night 11 pm I have to change hotels and moved to Taj Mahal Tower with sleeping kids this is Very very unprofessional behavior from the duty manager. Will never book Trident again.

We stayed at Trident for 3 nights and really loved the hospitality. The breakfast spread was amazing and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would like to make a special mention for the housekeeping staffmember, Alpana and her team who took great care of us and our kids. The swimming pool and kids park was good and the Christmas decoration was cheerful. Only thing we felt could have been better was the room size. It was a bit small for a family of 4 but considering the amazing view of the famous 'queen's necklace' from our sea facing room, we were happy to overlook the small room size. Overall, it was a great place to stay, eat and spend time with famiy. We would surely love to come back!

Very kid friendly, professionalism of staff everywhere in the hotel. Excellent buffet restaurant. Great checkin experience although their process is long - snacks and drinks offered while you wait. One small issue: No business center to conveniently print boarding passes. Elevators take a long time to come (seems like all elevators are not operating at the same time) Pool closes early at dusk, could remain open longer

The Trident was wonderful. The room was comfortable, if slightly outdated in feel. The bed was very firm, which I loved. The hotel staff was so accommodating. Concierge ordered me a car and driver to take my family around town. Housekeeping brought us extra fruit when my kids got hungry in the middle of the night (we were going to order room service, but the fruit came with the room each night). Housekeeping also left the kids a gift each with a sweet note. We didn’t get a chance to check out the restaurants or the bar (being renovated during our stay) but breakfast was a mix of pastries, cereal, Indian food, fresh fruit, juices, tea and coffee. The gym is open 24 hours a day and has most things you would need, and the spa services were amazing. There’s also a small children’s play area by the pool to keep little ones occupied. The hotel itself was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again in the future
