The Oberoi Mumbai

You really can't leave the Oberoi without feeling happy and refreshed. The oasis of calm, the lovely reassuring fragrance, the attentive but never pushy staff. The amazing picture postcard views over the bay as the sun sets, the queen's necklace glimmering at night and cocktails overlooking the water. It's mesmerising. Love bringing my family to any Oberoi property. And Mumbai is no different. The only thing to improve is that Uber still doesn't recognise the Oberoi entrance and get taxis to come to the Trident hotel.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home and just so welcomed with the culture and environment. The members of staff were fantastic. We had our luggage which was delayed by 3 days and the hotel did everything possible to ensure we had all amenities and needs met. The ensured we had decide for a birthday celebration and the hotel was so clean and spotless. The breakfast included was the best breakfast we had encountered whilst travelling in India. We cannot thank the staff enough. Jagat and Jason were superb at breakfast. Upendra and Meghna were fantastic at front of house. The cleaning staff were amazing too! The staff outside were brilliant too and helped us with travels anywhere we needed. The views from the hotel were amazing and I would definitely recommend them for anyone and families. Thanks Oberoi staff!

I am originally from Mumbai and heard great things about Oberoi all my life. This time visiting family got a chance to stay. Great location amazing hospitality by the staff and delicious food. Will return and recommend

I visited Oberoi for 2 nights with 3 of my childhood friends and we had such a great time. The room was impeccably clean, nicely done up, bathroom was quite big and loved the Forest essentials toiletries. We had booked the Ocean view room and it did not disappoint! Unblock view of the ocean and the queens necklace. We enjoyed the sunset view here with a cup of chai on both evenings. The only disappointment was we didnt get both our rooms closeby. 1 room on the 21st floor and other in the 10th The staff service was just impeccable A big thank you to aaaaallll the staff that helped us take pictures at the hotel lobby and pool area ️ We took quite a bit of them the 2 evenings we were there. We were greeted with a warm smile everytime a staff passed by. The dinner at Ziya was fabulous!!! I never usually post pics but will do this time! All the classics were served with a twist. I’m not even a big foodie but I will have to visit this restaurant again when I visit Mumbai Oh and the staff was just amazing! A big thanks to all of them. Same praise goes to staff that served us bf as well. In short loved the stay, room, service, food etc

They took the time to patiently explain all the dished, recommendations etc. So a big thanks to the entire staff who served us during the 2 nights, 2nd and 3rd Sep ❤️ The same praise can be repeated for bf. I think it was Gaurav who served us bf and he took note of everything we requested. The spread was yumm. So, in short had a great stay and will definitely try other Oberoi properties in Rajasthan, Bali, etc.
