Everything was great! The breakfast was amazing and tours will pick you up right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended for families!

We stayed for one night at Oddsson Hotel. We booked a family room complete with a bunk bed, which our 7-year-old loved! Breakfast was decent. We loved the self-check-in service. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, centrally located.

Great property. Small parking garage, but we never had any issue finding space. Lots of parking around the hotel as well. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Breakfast was awesome! Our family also loved the games and books available.

ODDSSON Hotel is the place to stay in Reykjavík. Check in/out was effortless. Easy pick up and drop off for tour activities. Included breakfast was more than ample with lots of choices. Bus stop nearest the hotel is Gresas - #2, 14 and 15. Grocery is across the street, 5 minutes walk. The staff are always willing to answer questions and assist. Definitely will recommend this hotel to family and friends. Absolutely stay here again.

Lovely relaxed hotel in a good location. Too far to walk into the city centre but there is a bus stop outside and regular buses catered for all our needs. Download the KLAPPIÐ app before you travel. Like others have said, we were always first off the bus coming back from excursions which was welcomed after a long day. Had no problem with the front door or our room door. Nice not having to worry about what time check in is open until. We had a std family room which was clean comfortable and ample space to store luggage. Lovely big bathroom. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

It’s a self check-in hotel, very convenient, quiet and safe. Reception is virtual but they’re very responsive and helpful. The restaurant is great, it’s a family owned-business - very clean, delicious and the people are lovely… special shoutout to Mariana :)

Great location for tours and grabbing a bus to downtown. Good restaurants nearby. Safe area. Good breakfast, and bigger rooms at reasonable price for families. Highly recommend.

Great place for families, but was further out of town than I anticipated. It also seemed that the families staying weren’t seasoned travelers. Instead of enjoying the location, the were whining about the lack of Dunkin’s…. My hotel room was facing the road and every time a car went by I could hear it drive over a metal plate. It was rectified with white noise on my phone. I ended up switching hotels, as a solo traveler I wanted to be within walking distance of things. If you have a car and are willing to drive for dinner/drinks it’s a great option.
