Hótel Múli

Had a wonderful trip with family, hotel was clean, very well organised and rooms great for three people

The sofa bed in the quad room is horrible to sleep on. My family did appreciate the coffee and hot chocolate that was always available.

Nice “self-service” place to stay for a night in Reykjavik. We had the family room with four beds and it was good size and comfortable. The coffee machine was great to have in the morning.

This was our first time staying at a self-service hotel. We stayed at Hotel Muli for three nights. It was a positive experience. The manager was present when we arrived and we were able to enter and get to our room without issue. I observed other visitors calling the manager upon arrival - perhaps they did not see the email sent through Hotels.com that contained the details about accessing their room keys? The hotel was no frills, but is attractive, clean, and perfectly comfortable. It is located in a quiet business area. We were able to walk to dinner at Ginger restaurant and there is a bookshop/cafe just across the street. There was no bathmat and my child dripped water from the shower, but I was able to access an extra towel from the laundry room by entering the provided code. The coffee/cocoa downstairs was a nice treat before or after our day sightseeing. The Laugardalslaug public swimming pool is minutes away and was a hit with my kid and a nice way to relax tired muscles after touring the city.
