Boutique Hotel Atrium

Wellcome/check in was great. Very helpful reception desk. Comfortable room, enough space. Old but clean towels and bed covers. Delicious open buffet breakfast, especially cold buffet. (Hot part could be developed). Fresh filter cafee. Location could be tricky for young couples and families, street is a bit dark and away from main road. The only issue I faced was that my room was not ready despite the fact that I asked for room cleaning . There was a miscommunication between reception and housekeeping. They apologized and immediately made the room but I had to wait.. Anyway owerall good price/product/service equilibrium. I recommend this hotel, especially for short stays.

The hotel was clean and quiet, the location was about a 10-minute walk to the train station. The hotel staff was helpful but not very approachable. While the location was not too far away from mass transit the dining options were limited to the many middle eastern restaurants in the area. While this was not a problem for me, my picky children did not enjoy those limitations.

Pictures of this boutique hotel were not what I expected..Hotel is ok but some areas of the room were dirty and dusty..stayed with my family for 4 days sheets and pillowcases were never changed..Air conditioning worked fine room was fine but I expected a bit more..Area was ok it’s around a lot of middle eastern restaurants and grocery stores well located..all in all I give this property a 3.5 good out of 5..

Nice space and amenities, friendly staff, excellent location near the Hbf and walking distance to Old Town and some of the city landmarks. Beware that the area around the hotel can be rough at night specially for families with children because of casinos and strip clubs, however, it was perfectly safe to walk there at night.
