Great airport hotel. Had a loft room for the family and it was perfect.

Check in was easy and the staff were very nice. The room was large and comfortable for a family of four (2 teens). The shower and the toilet were separated which was very helpful when everyone needs to get ready to leave- or for bed. Everything was clean and felt new. Would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of 5 and booked two large corner rooms for a couple of nights. This hotel is amazing and the amenities are great for families. Check-in experience was as not the best as the rep was a trainee and took about 30 minutes to complete the check-in process and hand out keys. In addition, one of their front desk female employees is pretty rude and smug. Other than that, the hotel stay was amazing. Lobby has a few games for kids, a table tennis, a mini lawn bowling and an arcade. The rooms were superb and quite large. Laminate flooring and not your standard carpet rooms. Bathrooms were clean and loved the his/her bathroom vanity. Overall i would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Multiple airline crews checked in including Air France and Emirates.

We love this modern and fun airport hotel. Staff is wonderful, check in is easy, rooms are great, food is excellent, and it’s easy to get to the shuttle to the terminals (a 5 min walk). We book here every time we have an early flight at Roissy. Fun games for kids too.

Fun games for children and young-at-heart adults. Close to CDG airport I am handicapped, and although there is no staff dedicated to helping me with my luggage, they found someone to help me. So willingness to give some individualized service.

I expected to be a little bored staying for a night at an airport hotel but this was a very fun stay for me and my 11-year old. Hotel is new and beautiful, with a great restaurant and kids games, and a really nice patio. Staff at hotel and restaurant is super nice. Fitness room is great as well. We’ll book there again.

When we get there me and and my family the room was not ready for us The time was 4 PM I have to wait in the lobby for almost 45 minutes and when I went upstairs it was missing pillows then when I ask to speak with the manager they told me it’s not here And the bedroom lock it was broken very bad customer service the hotel it was not cheap I have to pay $328.69 that will never happen in the hotels in United States .

Great location inside airport. No need to pay for taxi as free airport shuttle is within walking distance. Wonderful hotel, with ping pong and foosball, and other games - kids had fun. Very modern, clean, will def stay there again.

Shuttle buss for people with kids and luggage would be great!
