Holiday Inn Express Paris - CDG Airport, an IHG Hotel

This hotel was great and clean, but hotel staff stole money out of our personal belongings. When we confronted the staff they acted like nothing had happened. No further actions were taken to help me and my family.

Fantastic experience for our last night in Paris. Was concerned about food options but the hotel buffet dinner was quite delicious. We had to check out before breakfast was served at 6am sadly, wish it was open just a bit earlier! Super easy to take the free train to the terminals, and I'm so glad we stayed close to the airport because the full check-in process for our international flight back to the US took nearly 2hrs and that was at 6am with no lines. Definitely worth it to stay at this hotel for morning flights out of Paris. Room was quiet, beds comfortable, neat view of planes taking off from our room, and comfortable for our family of 3. Highly recommend this hotel to simplify your departure experience 💗

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. I have family living in France so will be coming back at least every year

Nice space close to the free CDG VAL shuttle train. My kids loved the views of terminal 1 and airplanes taking off/landing. Breakfast was fine with many choices, not superb but definitely adequate.

So convenient to get to the airport!! We got two rooms for our family- they already had the couch beds pulled out when we arrived which I loved- kids slept on them and seemed comfortable. Everything was very clean and felt very safe. There is a big park/playground in the center of the hotels in the area which was amazing! Our kids played out there for nearly 2 hours having the best time. They had a buffet dinner you could pay for in the evening which some of us did and said it was good. The included breakfast was really good. Plenty of choices and lots of seating. We ate then took our bags just a 4 minute walk over to the free terminal train to catch our flight. Would stay here again for sure if we have another early morning flight out of Paris.

Booked two rooms for my family of 5 for a one night stay by the CDG airport. While we were greeted upon arrival by frontline staff, our overall check-in experience was horrible. Arriving there after a 10 hour flight from Canada was pretty tiring and the kids wanted their room to sleep… we were given 2 rooms on the 4th floor beside each other but not connected. It happened that the keys to one of the rooms did not work. Called reception from the other room to get us working keys but they refused and asked us to come all the way downstairs to get them. No courtesy or making up for their own error.. not an IHG service you would expect. I am an expedia gold member and have stayed at many IHG hotels over the years.. this hotel is pretty aged and all rooms are abused and in tough shape. I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I wanted a place close to the airport for my flight the next morning. This property is a short walk away from the airport train. They have a children’s area that was a nice relief for my toddler after a long day of walking and train rides. Checkin was a breeze and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed including tea, coffee and a kettle. We had breakfast before heading to the airport which had a nice variety of foods to choose from.

We arrived early and got charged 50.00 euro fee, was previously told it wouldn’t be an issue? No towels in the room, had to go searching. The bed had a plastic wrap on it (assuming for bed bugs) but the sheet was just draped over and didn’t stay in place, so ended up sleeping to plastic. No food for kids/snacks for children/youth. Server in bar, way to busy and mixed up- not cool.

My family had diarrhea hours after the included breakfast in the hotel, making our flight a more challenging experience later. We did notice some less ideal things in the breakfast area.

Always booked here , you wont regret if you book a room here . Its very convenient for me always for travelling to south of france near the sncf walkable and highly recommended to all my family and friends .
