Novotel Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

Wouldn’t stay here again and that’s coming from someone who rarely leaves reviews with low ratings. Check in is confusing and there is no signage saying where to check in (desk or podium) and there are two entrances so people don’t know where to line up and the staff doesn’t help guests in order of who arrives. We checked in online to make it a “quick” process and that did nothing to quicken the process. The staff was unhelpful, when we asked if there was a place we could sit down to eat our food we brought with us from the airport. There is nowhere to sit in the lobby and you can’t sit in the large bar area or any of the tables around it or in the outside space without buying drinks or food. No seating in the room either so you can only sit on your bed. Besides NYC, I’ve never stayed in a hotel room this small. There was nowhere to put more than 2 suitcases for a family of 4. Bathroom was dated and stained. The positives- the bar and dining area are spacious and nicely decorated but unless you want to spend more money, you have no place to meet with anyone or sit or hang out. Novotel makes an effort to be environmentally friendly, but doesn’t include places to recycle inside the room. The beds were clean and moderately comfortable. We would not stay again. Spend a bit more and stay at a place with an actual lobby, a straightforward check in and helpful staff. Next time we will stay at the Hilton, which was walking distance and had a lobby with seating and more amenities.

The staff is absolutely atrocious. They yelled at my kids as we were checking in (for nothing they did, they were quiet and simply followed me onto the elevator to go up to our room and fall asleep), and accused me of things we hadn’t done, nor had any plans of doing. This blonde front desk lady was rude, wrongfully accusatory, as well as very fortunate we did not press charges for defamation as well as prejudiced wrongful treatment. The hotel is fine, but the blonde lady that was working the front desk talks about customers in front of them in French and doesn’t realize that visitors also speak French and can understand her. Extremely unprofessional, disgusting in her verbal delivery, and should never be welcomed into an industry of customer service. Any other hotel is better than this one.

This was our second stay in Paris airport. First one was in neighbour hotel which we didn't enjoy at all. Novotel was perfect for the sane price. Big enough room good details in the room. Room had everything we needed. It is pretty silent well sound proofed. Seperate toilet and shower is a very good option for family stay. I'm very pleased and will stay again. Tip: after the fiasco waiting times during passport and security control I feel It is a must to stay at airport.

The reason to stay here is easy access to Charles de Gaulle airport. The area around has limited options for dining. That said the hotel was comfortable and quiet. The room was large enough for a family of 4. there was a small fooseball and ping pong table at the time of our stay.

Check-in experience was easy and location couldn't be better, accessible by interior walkway to to the T1 terminal. Room was small by good for 2 adults and 1 child (with optional sofa bed already made up for us upon arrival), with the exception that the room was stiflingly hot (in April) and we couldn't get the a/c to turn on or open a window.

This is the perfect location to fly out of CDG. Steps away. I will forever stay there. Great pt dej! Good restaurant. Nice bar. There’s even areas for children to run and play - important for them before or after traveling. So nice to see and hear children laughing and playing.

We stayed here before an early flight out of CDG. The hotel was clean and safe. It was really easy to use the shuttle train and the staff was really nice. Our family of four was comfortable in the room for one night. It would’ve been tight for more than that.

We stopped over for one night after a late flight then headed to Disney in the morning. Room was great for a family of 4, service was friendly and breakfast was very good.

Easy to get to airport, family room good size, nice reception, when I use shuttle to airport we not realize that my husband's bag pack already open, till someone told him to be careful your bag is open, we think that happen when we used escalator to go shuttle train suddenly the escalator stoped, we busy with carry big luggage step by step and bad guys planing to steal our staff.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport terminal. The restaurant was open when we arrived at night and we were able to have dinner. The front desk staff was friendly. We could see airplanes from our room window, but it was quiet. There was a small playroom, which my child enjoyed. Thank you for your service.
