ibis Paris CDG Airport

Booked the family room. Plenty of space in the room. Clean but needed some fixes to the room e.g. the shower clip to hold the hose. Ideal location for the trains between terminals. Good breakfast

Our room was large and spacious. The room was clean. The bathroom was a bit dated and it sink had yellow hard water stains. This was a turnoff for my kids. Lol. Other than that felt it was a nice hotel for the money and convenience of being at the airport for early morning international flights.

Super nice for a stopover or early flight, and the entertainings for kids was amazing

The location is great and breakfast was fine . However the heat was on and it was so hot . We could not turn the temperature down and the control was broken . We ended up sleeping with the window open in January . The shower will have hot water running and it will switch to super cold within seconds .. it was a rough night for my kids and I

Avoid staying here. I arrived at midnight with my baby and husband. I was checked in to a room. Before I left the desk I verified I had breakfast with my booking, I was told no. I pulled up my hotels.com booking and showed the man working at the counter. He said there wasn't breakfast on his end. He then showed me "my" reservation which turns out was not mine and was another persons name. I was then told my name was NOT in the system and I did not have a reservation (I had a confirmation number and muliple emails from IBIS confirming the reservation, the most recent the day before). The man went to talk to his "supervisor" and came back and told me I had no room and just looked at me. after some time he asked what I wanted to do. I asked if there was a room available because at this point it was 1am and I had tired/cranky baby. He said yes. He then booked the room (so I had to pay again and fight them for my money back the next week when I arrived home). I asked about the breakfast (since I originally had it and it seemed like good business to honor my reservation) and he said "nope, but you can buy it at the restaurant." After finally getting to our room it was like a cruise ship room. The AC did not work, wouldn't even turn on (or any air for that matter). I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel at all. There are lots of hotels at the Paris airport, pick somewhere else with better customer service and rooms.

Overall, the hotel was excellent. The only critique may be the size of the room. I booked a triple room for three adults and the room would have been fine for two adults and a child, not three adults. Furthermore, because it is a hotel at the airport, there was not enough space in the room to put our luggage. A bit cramped, to say the least.

It is more like a crash pad for college kids on party weekends. It is not a HOTEL. It is a crash pad. It should be priced accordingly. Yes, it is conveniently located.

So nice to be so close to airport before a long flight. Dining options are nice but was shocked both restaurants are closed from 2:30-7pm- I get that’s not dinner in France but you’re at an international airport… makes no sense. Luckily you can just walk back to the airport to eat. The shower door doesn’t go to the floor so it soaks really whole bathroom. Crying baby next door, so sound proofing is okay at best. But overall would recommend if you have a flight and want to be close.

This hotel is located just in front of the Terminal 3(CDG) train station and there are two restaurants and a coffee shop(run by Starbucks) inside. The hotel room have enough space for 3 family members and very clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and welcoming. I would stay here again for the next time.(Hotels in down town paris had so small room and expensive) However, the hotel price were almost double during Rugby World Cup 2023 in France compared to a week ago we stayed here too.
