Pullman Paris Roissy CDG Airport

We arrived with small children around 8:30 pm and then waited in line to check for 1.5 hours. There were 4 parties ahead of us and 2 people working reception. It was the longest I've ever waited to check in and it was actually comical how slow the process was. My kids were hungry so my husband tried to order room service which was impossible because no one picked up the phone, so he went to the bar and they told him he had to do it via a QR code, but that didn't work either. In the end they conceded and let him order at the bar but then told him he had to carry the two trays up by himself. One of the waitstaff at the bar ended up helping him so that he didn't have to make two trips, but this place just seemed inefficient from start to finish. I'd never stay here again, mostly because the check in process was so frustrating.

Stayed for one night in Paris before flying back to the US. Great hotel with comfortable and modern family room, excellent restaurant and pool! Would strongly recommend it

I spent my first night of my vacation in Paris here and it was absolutely disaster. I booked two rooms for my family and the front desk was so busy that they made many mistakes and did not call me until 10pm for check in for my second room and over charged deposit. (The manager and the property manager on duty just ignored to listen to my problems when it was actually their internal miscommunication) I called for extra towels and no one answered from house keeping. Overall, please stay here if you want to have a very disorganized stay in Paris.

Receptionist could not find reservation. Took a long time in the middle of the night to get a room. The connecting rooms that we have ordered and paid for was not available, making it quite problematic for a family with small children. Rooms very nice and general areas fresh.

Booked this hotel last minuite. Expedia showed several room types available online. I choose a family suite as my kids were exhausted and our connecting flight was cancled. I prePaid fully for thr reservaton. Got to reception about an hour after Expedia sent me booking confirmation. Hotel receptionist said they were fully booked. She non chalantly told us there was nothing she could do. Didn’t even offer to call the neighboring hotels. Not only that, 3 days have gone by and this hotel is dodging the Expedia team to try to get my refund. Hello. You never gave me a room. Any room. I prepaid through Expedia and you somehow they have been reaching out to you and can’t seem to locate your online booking manager. Don’t be thieves. Give me a refund. You turned me and my kids away at night night. C They are avoiding calls in order to steal my money. Worst experience ever.

We asked for 2 rooms close to each other. We asked a crib for the baby they prepare a bad for kids. And we requested that 2 months ago they have a lot of time to prepare that and not in the middle of the night when my baby was so tired

If you are arriving at this hotel via car (we were because we were returning our rental car) be prepared for a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. We had someone in our group with limited mobility and there is absolutely no way to drive up to the hotel. Had to drop her on the street with no one there to help her with 4 bags. Absolutely terrible service. 4 star hotel without door help? You have to be kidding me. It's not 4 star for food and pretty rugs. It starts with SERVICE. The basics of service is help with bags at the place where you get out of your car. Absolutely terrible experience and the desk clerk admitted that people complain about it regularly. Good service is a must - make an investment in a door captain to help people with their bags. Especially if you front door is across a plaza from a ONE WAY street that is the point of drop off.
