Majestic Hotel - SPA Champs Elysées

Staff was so lovely. Hotel was beautiful and room was a great size for family of 4. Kids loved that the pullout sofa was 2 twin beds versus a double/queen. Pool was beautiful as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent location with the added benefit of being on a quiet street. Hotel staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The size, condition and the cleanliness of the room was perfect. All in all, the Majestic was an excellent choice for our family. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon.

Had a fantastic family stay here. We stayed in the suite and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. What made this stay extraordinary was when the Chef Concierge Yannick Tonnellier got on his motorbike and personally delivered one of our forgotten bags to us at the airport. We were so thankful for this act of kindness and this exceeded our expectations of hospitality. Would never stay anywhere else in Paris.

Great for families. Awesome location

This property was extremely disappointing. Our room wasn’t what was represented to us in the picture when we booked. There were lights out in the bathroom, shower wasn’t working, the TV remote didn’t even have batteries. Called to get coffee at 6am and said sorry have to wait until 7am. Mind boggling to me when you’re paying 700$ a night. We were traveling with children and in the bathroom there was a rack to hang things. On the bottom there were 2 metal anchors to hold the rack and one had a plastic protector and the other was exposed in which my son banged his head on the metal. Light switches were dated and faulty couldn’t turn certain lights off. The spa was closed as well. I am not one to complain but when you’re paying as much as you are per night you expect better. Wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.

We stayed in the suite, 2 adults and 2 children. The children had the sofa bed in the living room. There was still space for us to sit round a table for dinner. There is a small kitchenette behind some doors with basic plates and cutlery. The main room was huge with two wardrobes, one large spacious bathroom and another toilet by the door. The water pressure was strong, bath filled quickly. They even provided the dog with a bed and bowls. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is quiet but a stone's throw from the arc de triomf and the champs Elysées. Valet parking available. We couldn't fault the place
