Hotel Raphael

Fantastic professional staff and located in a very walkable part of the city. Our superior room was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Hotel in a good position, staff friendly concierge very helpful. Breakfast room- Not a 5 star breakfast. No restaurant serving Dinner. Disappointing that a 5 star hotel advertised a restaurant but unfortunately there was no restaurant. They had a very nice Roof top terrace serving finger food only. Room- No heating in the room. When we asked to switch it on a staff member arrived, he turned the knob on the radiator and said it would then work. It did not. A pack of baby food left in room when we arrived (not ours) still there when we left. No cream or milk provided for use in room for tea coffee etc. We had to ask. A repair to bathroom sink and the lounge carpet was required on the first day of our stay.
