Great for children. Nanny sai was amazing with our toddler. Service was great. Resort has been well maintained and rooms are nice and spacious with plenty of storage. Overall we had a great experience and will be back.

Great place for a family holiday, expensive food and drink is the only issue. If you are heading with a family make sure you stop on the way in to the supermarket get snacks there. Waves out the front of hotel which is great!

First time in Fiji, absolutely in love with the place and intercontinental, we stayed there for 4 days and 2 days in Denarau island. Must say we were disappointed after going to Denarau island, loved the privacy and access to the beach, felt like a luxurious hotel, where as in Denarau islands we felt it was a bit over crowded. We will definitely be coming back to this property again in future, lovely staff and entertainment, no need to leave the resort, they pretty much looked after everything from medical to child care. Only suggestions would be to upgrade the aircon system, we struggled a lot with the cooling of the room. Apart from that it was exceptional

This property was lovely. The beach was beautiful. The staff were incredible. Vani and all the other servers at the restaurants were wonderful. The team at the family pool were so wonderful. They were so engaging with the kids and cared. You really got a full feel of the island. I cannot say enough about the staff, they were wonderful. I could easily request things on what's app. Lovely time!

Travelling with a 4 and a 2.5 year old. Haven't been to a lot of places in Fiji, but I don't think there's a better place to stay on the main island, this place was great, kids pool is perfect and safe (for a pool) lots of food options great, amazing staff made the stay so relaxing. Definitely stay again

This resort was amazing from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a traditional Fijian band and choice of cocktail before we even got to the reception desk, surrounded by beautiful views. We were transported to our room by golf buggy. Our room - upstairs beachfront view 2223 was amazing - we were wowed by the view of the lagoon and the spaciousness of the room. It was stylishly appointed with a lot of room. King size bed with great bedding - so you don't even feel your partner move. The services at the hotel are fantastic - you can do as much or as little as you want - adults only pool, very big kids pool, free cabanas, a decent gym with all the equipment you need and you can book private pilates or boxing classes for free. There is a volleyball court, mini golf, snorkelling and range of paid water activities if you want them. You can also walk out into the lagoon as the water level is very low. The food was great, the drinks a bit on the expensive side but there are reasonable food options for cheaper budgets at Toba by the pool and you can save on the buffet by going before 6:30pm at Sanasana. We were just two adults, so we were able to enjoy breakfast at the fine dining restaurant Navo instead of the main dining room which we did for about 5 of our 10 breakfasts. This was included in our room rate. Service was fantastic, the people were so friendly and genuinely cared. Sunsets were incredible and we hope to come back one day!

Fabulous resort for families as well as adults only. Only thing missing was a swim up bar but apart from that exceeded expectations. The staff are wonderful, warm and fruits you would expect in Fiji. Beautiful sandy beach, best on the island. One of the restaurants is adults only after 7:30pm, it’s fine dining and booking’s essential (Navo restaurant). Bars all had live music every night (easy listening music - singer guitar) Will most definitely be back

Amazing setting on the South Pacific with a beach that gets almost no use except for resort guests. You can do long beach walks when the tide isn't high and enjoy perfect sunsets while dining. The only complaint is that for longer stays, there are only 3 restaurants at the resort, with no real options off the property unless you drive a 1/2 hour. Of course, that's also a positive. There's very little commercial development anywhere near this place. They have wisely situated the family pool away from the ocean, and the adult infinity pool right next to the beach. There are plenty of cabanas scattered in the grassy area near the water for lazy afternoons. The rooms are lovely and the placement of lighting, etc. spot on. His & her sinks and closets a big bonus, too.

What a beautiful stay at the intercontinental! Right from the get go, we were made to feel so welcome. The hotel itself is big and beautiful, and so many different offerings to help you enjoy your time. As we travelled as a couple, there were many different spots we could go if we wanted some quiet time away. We often got an ocean view beach hut for the day, swam and snorkelled and then were placed in quiet spots for dinner and breakfast. The breakfast buffet is to die for, so many beautiful foods to choose from. We ate at the Sanasana restaurant quite often, which had some delicious Fijian cuisine options. The last night we went and dined at Navo, a stunning restoraunt during the adult only time. What was great is that couple, family, friends or single - there is a spot for you. The staff go above and beyond, so welcoming, hard working and kind. Would highly recommend 🏝️☀️ Vaka!
