Amazing! Friendly staff! Room was beyond our expectations! The pool even had toys for the kids to play with. The breakfast was traditional and had more options than what most hotels would provide. The staff were also on site to bring more food out of one dish was getting low.

The receptionist were very nice and helpful but the head of security of security was not really nice when we needed help. The cleaning crew only made your bed, they didn’t empty trash cans or replace towels, and when you can put toilet paper in the the toilet, that trash can needs emptying every day! The hotel really needed an upgrade. They had chosen to remove the fridge from the room we stayed in and it just had a hole instead. Not a very nice look. The pool was too cold to really swim in -despite 28 celsius degrees outside, though I appreciate that they had playboys for kids at the pool (nice touch). The whole pool area was just sad and could really use some love. The hotel in general could use some love. Also, we were placed in a room where there were noice outside our rooms nearly constantly each night. I suspect the secure machine just outside our room was the fault of that. The hotel was conveniently close to the airport but I would not recommend it unfortunately.

Our room was located on the third floor. There was no elevator and when we got to the room there was another flight of stairs up to the bedroom level. It was too much with three suitcases and two kids.

For us, this hotel was great! We were in a junior suite and found that almost exceptional. However, the pullout sofabed was broken and the walls were slightly dirty. Everything else in the room was great! We loved the pool area! Great place to chill. The breakfast buffet was always delicious and there was a variety of local dishes. All staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful and kind. Even though the hotel was located along the noisy and busy highway, we still found it quiet. There were some good restaurants nearby and a lot of people spoke English.

This is a very nice place to stay. The staff will take outstanding care of you and your family. They have a very nice restaurant on premises, and walking distance to other restaurants and even a market. The hotel also has a little snack shop, with beverages and beer. Pretty much whatever you need. If it’s still a transitional night stay, you will be happy, you stayed. Again, the staff are all very nice, and helpful. The grounds well kept, and the rooms are clean. Good food, Pura Vida!

The pool is great for families and kids hut big enough that solo adults or couples can enjoy at the same time. The area around the pool is very nice with tables and chairs however you can tell the chairs are dated. The chair on our patio was broken. Additionally we had to walk to another building for ice. Next door to hotel was a nice little plaza with 5 restaurants to choose from. The hotel offers a restaurant as well.

The rooms were good and spacious. Bathroom window was missing blinds but as we were on 1st floor and facing parking lot, it was manageble. Pool was nice including the kidee one. kids had a good time. Breakfast had a lot of good options. Overall a pleasant stay.

Truly amazing staff - fun, friendly, and helpful. We are a family of four and stayed in the 2-bedroom suite and it was perfect. Highly recommended!

This hotel was great, except some of the staff. Someone for into the room before 8am, then know again 2 more times even after I explained we were not check out and it was a mistake. I paid $25 to check in early and that was ok but I was not expecting several staff members getting into the room in the am and waking up my kids.
