What a lovely hotel. The service, the ambiance and the decor is top notch. My only reason for giving it 4/5 stars is because we booked a family room for 3 adults but the room was only set up for 2 with 2 sets of towels, coffee cups and water glasses. Not a big deal and didn't have time to raise it with reception was just a bit annoying. Apart from that great stay. We didn't eat in the hotel but had drinks on the roof terrace when the DJ was on. He was really good we enjoyed it a lot and the drinks were really nice, pricey but that's what you expect in a hotel like this.

Beautiful Hotel!!! The roof top pool with glass edge was a hit with the kids and the entire property feels brand new. The food truck area next door was amazing to keep the whole family happy! The shuttle and breakfast begins at 6am when we needed them at 5am but the front desk was able to arrange a taxi for us.

Fantastic base camp for San Jose. Very nice, new hotel with a gorgeous rooftop pool (though cold like all SJO pools). Pricey but nice bars. The hotel also has a little strip mall of useful shops, bakery, pharmacy, etc. as well as a super nice "food truck" court with amazing food options and a playground for the kids. The location is unremarkable except that it is 10 minutes from the airport- fantastic for early flights. The only downside is the limited airport shuttle hours (though taki to SJO was only $20).

We loved this property. Stayed with six family members including kids. Hotel is clean, the lobby and bar are beautiful. The drinks are amazing. Most people spoke English. Easy to communicate and get around.
