Comfortable and enjoyable. The premises have lots to offer. Easy to get together with family members on site. Also very easy access to all parts of the city.

First two nights were ok a little noisy. Last night was awful. I had to call front desk at 11pm as there were kids running up and down hallway yelling and parents making lots of noise. They send security up and that worked for 20 min before it started again.

Stayed one night after a late night flight arrival. We called when landed for the shuttle and would have preferred they send someone but had to call back after bags collected, then a bit of a wait, which wasn't ideal with young kids. However, loved our shuttle driver! Rooms are spacious and was clean. View was of the roof which I'm assuming was from the 3rd party booking. Only complaint I'd say is their awful pillows! Lumpy and uncomfortable after a long day of travel wasn't what we would expect but they also were hosting some evacuees from fires so could just have been a busy time to stay and trying to keep all happy. Breakfast brunch was delicious and would return again to both hotel and breakfast.

When we arrived at 415 pm, our room was not ready, despite check in time being at 3pm. We had to wait about 20 minutes before we received our room keys. After making our wau to our room, there were dirty napkins and cutlery on the floor in the hallway. The room itself was clean and spacious but we were frustrated with the inconvenience. We were given a breakfast voucher however our service the next morning was terrible. No coffee refills and no one came to check in. I had to track down a different staff member for take out boxes. The kids enjoyed the pool but we were really wishing there was a hot tub as it says so on several of the travel websites.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy. There was one restaurant that was quite expensive and an overpriced coffee bar. The air conditioning didn’t work for 1 of our 3 day stay and it was an uncomfortable, sweaty night sleep because of it. There was no discount offered because of the A/C issue which affected the entire 3rd floor… will most likely stay elsewhere next time. *Also, the deck/floor space next to the pool was DEADLY slippery, we witnessed several people falling, my children and myself fell while trying to walk carefully, it was a bad situation.

The staff were very friendly but Jennifer in the restaurant really stood out. I would recommend this hotel anytime but if you have a hospital stay for you or your family it is a great place to stay. May be a little far from some of the hospitals but it is an easy drive.

Air conditioning did not work and then ice machine was locked up. Which is unfortunate especially during such warm weather. We travelled for a funeral and I wish we could have found somewhere nicer. Breakfast service the first day was excellent, however, evening service for dining was extremely poor. We actually thought the dinning room was closed at first as no staff were around. We had to ask at the pub area for someone to seat us and take our order as minors couldn’t eat at the pub. This is not a great place to have dinner if you require gluten free. At one point we waited an hour and 45 minutes to receive our meals. They made sure to complain about our large group and let us know multiple times that we would have a mandatory gratuity, due to how much harder the server had to work. Which is fine, as long we could actually get served. Needed to ask for drinks and meals at the same time or not get it due to staff refusing to come to our tables. The lounging area with the pool was well enjoyed by family members. Probably will never stay at this hotel again.

We had a great stay for a family celebration. It’s great to have a large dining room on-site, lovely buffet, and quiet rooms.
