Stayed one night after a late night flight arrival. We called when landed for the shuttle and would have preferred they send someone but had to call back after bags collected, then a bit of a wait, which wasn't ideal with young kids. However, loved our shuttle driver! Rooms are spacious and was clean. View was of the roof which I'm assuming was from the 3rd party booking. Only complaint I'd say is their awful pillows! Lumpy and uncomfortable after a long day of travel wasn't what we would expect but they also were hosting some evacuees from fires so could just have been a busy time to stay and trying to keep all happy. Breakfast brunch was delicious and would return again to both hotel and breakfast.

When we arrived at 415 pm, our room was not ready, despite check in time being at 3pm. We had to wait about 20 minutes before we received our room keys. After making our wau to our room, there were dirty napkins and cutlery on the floor in the hallway. The room itself was clean and spacious but we were frustrated with the inconvenience. We were given a breakfast voucher however our service the next morning was terrible. No coffee refills and no one came to check in. I had to track down a different staff member for take out boxes. The kids enjoyed the pool but we were really wishing there was a hot tub as it says so on several of the travel websites.

No view, but everything is good, a la carte breakfast, portion for kids is big enough for adults

I've never had a bad stay at the Saskatoon Inn. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean. The facility layout and design are really interesting. The pool is small, but my kids love that you can swim under a bridge! The Lounge/Restaurant offers great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Recommend!

Took over 30 minutes to check in. Lined up to the entrance with sports teams. Room was ok, had a severely stained carpet. The amount of kids tied up the wait to the elevator, wait to be served in the restaurant and forget using the pool. Listening to them yell and run up and down hallways left us wanting to just leave. We didn't stay much in the room because of this. It was supposed to be a weekend away

We were booked for a 2 night stay. The first night we were woken by the person above us blasting music at 3am. We called the front desk over 5 times and they told us they were looking into it, and then that they didn’t hear anything. After an hour and a half my husband had enough and went and grabbed the security guard and brought him into our room to hear for himself. We also had a toddler we were trying to keep asleep in our room. The morning we were checking out we left our room for 20 mins and came back to it practically raining in our room from the room above. Called the front desk multiple times and they didn’t seem very concerned. They sent a maintenance guy with a tiny tool bag. When we asked the front desk about some kind of compensation for our horrible experience, they said they couldn’t do anything because we booked through Expedia…

It was a quick stay but it worked for our needs. The lounge was a little noisy as the swimming area was full of kids and it is very open. Overall we were satisfied!

Overall a decent hotel to stay at, my biggest recommendation would be to update the bathroom doors. It faces the entire room and it’s a sliding frosted see through door. Makes staying with your family a very close experience haha. No privacy whatsoever. The pool is very open too which takes some adjusting. Smack dab in the middle of several floors of rooms and also right beside a wide open restaurant. All in all, good enough.

The staff was good at meeting our requests, supplying an air mattress was nice. The pool was nice and warm and the main part of the hotel is very beautiful. This is a fantastic convention hotel from what I could tell. The pool is not a great family pool but it adequate. Our largest complaint was that the thermostat in the room did not work so the room stayed very warm making it hard to sleep. In the room the style of door on the bathroom also stayed open a crack at all times, which was a little disconcerting. For the price we paid it was a good stay, but for a family we will be looking for a better pool.
