We stayed in a suite with double beds as we were travelling with a child. Very clean and spacious suite. Facility feels new and clean. The suite is also priced very good compared to other hotels in the area.

Everything is good, except that in our room we can here the foot steps above us, also the water pipe we can here everything. The water running from above us, flush, shower. And my kids wakes up when that happened.

The family suite is really nice and works very well for us and our boys, who will not sleep in the same bed anymore! Have rebooked for this weekend!

This it is disgusting...it the first time thatme and my family are in this hotel. Mydaughter founded a cockroach in thebathroom. It was climbing on the wall.My husband used his sandals to kill it.Expedia has amazing references about this hotel but it is false, they will have my complaint too. I can not leave the hotel because I used Expedia app and due toits policy is not refunded. Due this unhygienic event I do not want to take my breakfast tomorrow here. Who can give you the guarantee that all of your food and kitchen utensils are clean and correctly prepared? At the front desk of the hotel (Best WestPlus Saskatoon) offered me other room,I hope that this room is clean and wellprepared for it's use.

Our room was great. We loved the kitchen and the kids loved the pool. And the breakfast was amazing every day!

The only issue was being really tired and hearing the footsteps from the room above me and the running. And the hallways were quite loud for my napping baby. But the room was excellent. Space was clean.

Very clean and spacious. Staff were courteous. I appreciated the follow up phone call in my room after check out. Restaurant was closed on Family day holiday. Breakfast had a large selection with hot and cold foods. Hot chocolate/coffee machine in lobby was a bonus , especially for the kids. Pool was clean. Hot tub not so much. Hotel manager noted the condition and responded bout getting it cleaned up. Would definitely stay again.
