Multiple time during the weekend there were people that seemed homeless on drugs/alcool in the lobby. Even the police came. The rooms weren’t clean, there was hair in the bathroom and stains of dirt. They put us in a communicating room next to strangers with kids. The kids were screaming, running around in the room, in the corridors until midnight, screaming like animals. Its sketchy and not clean. The staff was nice tho but I would not recommend

The king jacuzzi suite in spacious yet cozy and romantic. It can also be suitable for a family because of its hide-a-bed sofa and sliding door between the bedroom and rest of the suite.

Great value for a great location! Travelled with 2 kids and it was perfect for us. Definitely highly recommended.

Staff was courteous and waiters in restaurant were good also. Other than the mall being across the road and the wedding venue close by there isn’t much good about this “Hilton “. Parking was $16 a day rooms were small and dated. Renovations were going on so jackhammers running most of the day. Also evacuatees we’re staying at this hotel and we had complete strangers knocking on our door looking for a lighter or supposedly had the wrong room. Security was not evident and was not a safe environment. Had I small children with me I probably wouldn’t of stayed after experiencing these issues.

Pool out of order. Would have been nice to know before booking for long weekend. Extra parking costs. Again, nice to know before booking. No one watching fitness area, kids f’ing around there all the time. Kids f’ing around on the second floor deck was out of control as well. Too bad because it was a nice deck

The hot tub was not a great experience, not enough water in it way to much chlorine and the jets weren’t fully covered so we ended up only lasting 10-15 minutes before our eyes were burning to badly to stay any longer. There was also swimming lessons going on in the pool which seemed really odd given it being a hotel. But 3 people were wearing k&k swim instructors and 2 kids definitely getting a lesson.

our kids loved the swimming pool. it was quiet & clean. we enjoyed a fun & easy to walk around the downtown area of the city. we had easy access to shopping, restraunts, river landing splash park & the movie theater & the farmers market. it was an all around great location for family fun. we would definately stay in this hotel & hotel chain again.
