Super 8 by Wyndham Quebec City

We had thw King bed with bunkbeds for the kids. Room was nice and spacious however in need of a deep clean. It was dusty and there is a whole in the wall where someone put the door knob through it. Patched but pushed in again. Pool area was good except in pictures it shows kids water features but they have a note on the wall saying they dont turn on since 2022 because it keeps warer cleaner. Breakfast area was okay some days they had boiled eggs others they didnt. Not a great awlection. This was truly a basic ceral or toasts brrakfast. Bed was decent.

Loved our one night stay here. Few frills, but nice hotel. The water slide was a lot of fun for the kids after a long day’s drive. The in room jacuzzi was a nice surprise as well! The hotel was very clean, the staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast was adequate. Would stay again!

Perfect for families with a nice pool and free breakfast. Room with 3 queen beds available, great for bigger families.

Neat and clean. Everything is properly well maintained. Its family hotel . Even hotel had lundry facilities too. Overall hospitality is awesom and adorable. Thnks

Rooms booked – 2 Total guests – 4 adults, 3 kids. I had the worst experience staying at Super 8 by Wyndham group. Sylvia is the staff person on the property, and I would have never thought that any hotel property would have racist behavior towards its customers. See how events turned out for us. We stayed 2 nights at the property and breakfast included just breads, butter/jam, coffee, yogurt etc. but no fresh food which is fine. We were unaware that the breakfast time finishes at 10am sharp. Day 1 breakfast – while the clock hit 10, Sylvia started packing up food items and when we asked for muffin for our kids, we received only 1 and when we asked for 1 more, we got a sarcastic reply “have you even had breakfast on time”?? we politely ignored the comment. Day 2 – we reached ahead of time and picked up yogurt (just 3 yogurts) as our kids love to have yogurt in breakfast and while we were having breakfast at the table, Sylvia had the audacity to come and tell us that we cannot pick up multiple yogurts as it is being served one per person. To which we pointed out, we are still having breakfast and if it is one per person, we only picked up 3 for our kids. We still ignored the fact and after 10 min she again walked up to our kid on the table and asked our kids to keep the yogurt back and when we asked us the question why are you just pointing at us while there are other guests who were still eating and had same stuff on their table and the rationale we receive was people pic

Beds are comfy and appeared clean. Pool and slide are great. The kiddie side isn’t operable. Breakfast is mainly cold options, but still lots of healthy options to take on the go if needed. We’d stay here again.

This hotel had a great slide for the kids. The breakfast was simple but was being refilled throughout the morning. They never ran out of any breakfast option that they offered. The staff was friendly. The only issue was they didn't clean the room during our stay. I normal don't care but we stayed for 4 nights. We really only needed towels and the garbages emptied. Besides that, the hotel was great for the kids and convenient location.

Room 103 was clean, exept for the bed cover. Should be change and wash daily. It was brought to the attention of housekeeping and was replace with friendly service. Over all satisfied, employee was friendly and helpful when I needed help. Nice pool for kids. Would recommend to others

Perfect for families. Kids loved the pool and slide. Nice and clean and just what you need for a quick trip to Wuebec city
