Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my stay, the rooms are outdated, even after we changed room, there was still issues with the new room. What I found very annoying is the fact that information was not clear about what was included or not. Breakfast for adult same price as adults, I found that there were not a lot of perks for families, specially for restaurant. Staff was really kind, I have to admit. Overall, this hotel is not a 4 star, a 3 would me fair.

Beautiful property with great amenities, especially for kids. The property's layout is very confusing. The room needs to be modernized, we were in a suite with numerous tables and desks but there were no easily accessible outlets and no usb plugs in either room, you had to charge things on the floor. Our key didn’t work most of the time and we kept getting locked out of our room, it took complaining 4 times before they finally sent someone up to repair the door and then it worked fine after that. Restaurant was excellent and our waitress was wonderful.

Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. Would not stay here again. Staff actually suggested I stay at best western inn. No kidding.

This was a very easy and comfortable stay. A wonderful place to stay with the family as the staff go way out of their way to do special events and efforts for the kids.

*if you are sensitive to perfume/scents, I do not recommend this location!* Staff/Service: Staff were welcoming and provided lots of information on the property. I would recommend ensuring that all have have updated information. Front desk informed us that room service would have a $5 fee, while the server at MC restaurant said there would be no fee (there was a fee). Amenities: Pool was great and towels were provided. Lifeguard cleaned/adjusted lounges as guests left. Free wifi is not secure. My children loved the bedtime cookies and milk. Highly recommend looking online at restaurant menus & look at potential restaurants locally for meals. Room: we reserved a family room, 1 king & 2 twins. Room looked like it did in the photos online. We found it weird to have a coffee machine in the bathroom. Bathtub was leaking. A door on the kids bedroom would have been nice to separate the 2 rooms. Location: We we’re close (driving distance$ to many activities. Price: Price per night was great but I wasn’t aware of the daily fee ($25). Overall: I would recommend for any couple wanting to get away for a weekend. But not for a family

Beds were comfortable but too small. We were expecting two queen beds but only got small doubles. Bed linens popped off the beds. They did offer some fun treats for kids, like cookies and night, s’more kits, and candy in a games room.

First impressions were good. Nice and beautiful hotel and gardens. Needed a reservation to eat. Very slow bar and dinning service. Eg. 40 minutes to get the appies! Worst part was they only serviced your room after THREE NIGHTS!! No coffee, towels, nothing. After the second day I complained so they sent up coffee and a few towels. Also another surprise…. They charged me 20/day for their ‘summer activities’ that were for kids not 60 adults. Parking in their parking lot was 20/day!!! For a four star hotel, not worth the huge expense.

Liked the pool and hot tubs. However many kids running and screaming even at 10pm around the pool area. The rooms were nice clean and very quiet. Loved my stay

Wonderful resort for the whole family. Convenient and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

Our kids really enjoyed the Fun Club! Outstanding service from Audrey at reception and from Kin-Jade at the fun club. The property is really well maintained and full of activities to keep us entertained all day. Thank you for a memorable stay!
