Hilton Quebec

Our family enjoyed this hotel during summer vacation. We have satisfied but the room is small a little bit for family.

Pleasant staying family of 4 (2 small children and 2 adults) Pool is bit outdated but overall, very happy with our stay, clean, convenient and safe.

Great hotel, beautiful, clean and all amenities. The VIP lounge was closed but they offered us tapas and free breakfast for the family instead, they also had complimentary EV charging, staff was wonderful! Walking distance to Old Quebec city, beautiful area!

My family went to Quebec City and stayed at The Hilton for 3 days as a mini vacation. The hotel is in a great location-( close to all the old city tourist area). The hotel is stylish, spotless, welcoming and efficient. Our room had very comfortable beds and and lovely view of the parliament Blds. The room had beautiful modern decor and was spotless. The downstairs resturant had great food ( though pricy). The outdoor pool people said was warm and relaxing though we didn’t go in it.( my family chose to go outdoor ice skating near the old wall- ( you can rent skates in a warm change room for great price and skate to music in a beautiful outdoor rink). There is a wonderful “ Tuck Shop” in the back of the hotel lobby with fantastic high end gourmet take away food,( gourmet sandwiches, pastries, take away wine, even fun candy for the kids and yummy fudge ). Lots of laptop plug in sitting areas in the lobby too. Very friendly helpful door people. Perfect vacay stay! Thank- you all for making our stay such a surprising delight.

We were able to upgrade at a good cost and the room was amazing. Gave us room for a family of four and was very comfortable.

There were a lot of loud and excited children during our 3 day stay. There was a hockey tournament as well as school trips. No food options within a block of the hotel - so you either walked 2-6 blocks or ate at the hotel. Consierge was great and very helpful.

Our family loved the location relative to old town Quebec, it's a short walk. The pool was very warm and the dry sauna allowed for even greater warming! The room was spacious and comfortable. The elevators are fast. The kids loved the game room too.

Friendly staff. Hotel room is modern and has a very comfortable bed. The room was cleaned everyday, which was nice. Staff were knowledgeable about the area. Hotel pool is simple, but our kids really enjoyed it. Nice layout for sunbathing. Two lifejackets available. Kids got a wristband with three free giveaways. 1- slushee at the pool, a juicebox at the grab and go area and popsicle at the concierge. We really enjoyed our stay.
