The website stated free shuttle service when we landed we searched the entire airport with our young child but were not able to locate a shuttle had to take a cab and ended up paying a $26 fare. Receptionist apologized and gave us a voucher for the return cab.said she couldnt do anytning about the first cab ride. Other than that great location and great breakfast.

My husband and I were in the middle of a family emergency and trying to get from Labrador to Montreal. Our flights from Goose Bay to Montreal were cancelled therefore we did not make it to the hotel for our stay. I called as soon as our flights were cancelled and they refused to refund us the money for the night. No compassion what so ever. Three Expedia employees tried calling the hotel to explain our situation however the manager was not willing to provide a refund.
