The swimming pool was crowded and kids were screaming their heads out. There should be a time limit for the kids in the pool. I wish we could enjoy the pool more since were filled with the kids in IT.

Love the family room with separate bedroom. Great kitchenette and breakfast. Would be nice to provide alternate milks and gluten free bread. Parking is tight in the underground.

Definitely would stay here again. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were quiet and clean. The pool is a good size and open at great hours and the 24h gym is a plus. You can get in your workout after the kids are asleep. We took turns so one would watch the kids while the other worked out.

My kids and I felt very comfortable. The rooms were super clean. I appreciate any business whose employee stands at the entry of the buffet to ask that you sanitize your hands!!! Blonde hair lady with glasses was extra sweet. The guy that checked me in was obviously new and failed to tell us ANYTHING about the property( elevator location breakfast , times ,no automatic room service due to covid,call for requests for room service.
