DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal Airport

The stay was good until other family were fighting in different hotel room and they include us for evicted cause it was one the family in other room, we want our money back, they said 3 to 5 business days but today is the 5th day and still nothing.

Checked into hotel with intentions to park there for the week while on vacation. Reception was ready to to give me parking then manager came out to tell me that I could not book parking because I booked through Expedia. I then explained to her that it iso e of the services listed on Expedia. Manager then told me to book park and fly. Tried to book park and fly to find out it was full. Then had to park at another hotel for $155 dollars and take a cab back to my hotel. And at the end of all that double tree still charged me $25 dollars for parking the night at their hotel extra on top of my room and I didn’t even park my car there. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had traveling. And to top it off I was with my 7 year old son who was panicking that we wouldn’t have anywhere to park and that his family vacation was going to be canceled. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

The staff out did themselves in meeting our needs to fit our family from the error of Expedia booking system.

Excellent staff, servers at dinner and breakfast were attentive and went over and above the needs of our family of three kids and three adults. Kudos to everyone.

Conveniently located, reliable brand with family friendly staff. Loved the warm welcome cookie. Rooms were clean, the usual one would expect from DoubleTree Hilton Brand. Check-in / check-out worked like a breeze.

We were only here for one night but would definitely be back. The hotel was clean and modern, as was our room. Service was good. The only thing is we found 25$ for parking a little steep. Otherwise, we had a great stay. We were also given warm cookies upon check in which was a nice touch especially for our kids.
