Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant

Great place, lot's to do, beautiful lake. Rustic property. Needs updating. Good for families.

3 day getaway with grandkids and their parents.. hotel accommodated us having 2 rooms side by side. Rooms were clean, well equipped. They are getting a little dated but fine for us. It was a little warm in the room with king bed.. A/C doesn’t really reach there. The beach was wonderful, free kayaks, canoe etc. A bonus. Pool and hot tub great as usual however pool area could use regular mopping if excessive water as it becomes very slippery. Renovations are being done slowly. We love this place!

Strong curry 😷 smell in the room, had to leave doors open even though it was very cold outside, other than that pretty happy with everything else. Staff was very friendly, pool/gym/Jacuzzi were really nice after skiing, 4pm cookies made the kids very happy.

Great family friendly hotel! We loved the space, amenities inside the room (fully stocked kitchen) and the pool and spa were great. Restaurant was lovely as well. We will be back!!

This property is beautiful, the staff cater to everyone, kids included. Would definitely return

We loved the lodge feeling of the hotel We got upgraded to a suite that includes king bed and a queen bed with a kitchen, it was very spacious and comfortable for a family of 5 with 3 kids under 6. Didn’t like the elevator breaks throughout the day esp when we had to checkout at noon, it was pain to carry bunch of small bags 2 staircases along with the kids. Also, cleaning the room was on the 3rd day only and that didn’t include washing dishes!

We enjoyed the activities that were onsite. This included the ice rink, camp fire and a small light trail fot skaters. The 4 o'clock treat which included hot chocolate and cookies for the kids (free). The free shuttle service is great to head to the ski hill,shops and restaurants. Our room had lots of space. A few improvements: Missing hangers, some electrical plugs needs replacing (power plug would come loose or cannot plug). We enjoyes this resort and would recommend.

neibourgs were a family with young kids, a lot of noise and children crying. Was missing some utilities to cook and wash dishes

We had a pleasant stay at le Grand lodge. The king bed was very comfortable. The kids didn’t sleep as well on the sofa bed and Murphy beds but was ok. We rented a room with kitchen. I had to put all the dishes in the washing machine before using and spent a good 30 min upon arrival cleaning. Seemed like no one used that room in quite some time and had not been deep cleaned in an even longer time. The game room was fun we played some ping pong but most games were broken and need replacing. The hot chocolat and cookies at 4pm was a hit with our boys. We took the shuttle on day one of skiing and that is very convenient. Day 2 we check out and ask to put our luggage in a room to pick up after skiing. No problem the lady gives us a card… we rush to be there for the 8h30 am pickup… no shuttle. My husband goes inside and the lady says… oh there is no shuttle today! She was still sleeping I guess and didn’t honk to tell us?? Left a bad last impression to say the least. Overall a good stay, convenient near the Hill, with a pool.
