Great place, lot's to do, beautiful lake. Rustic property. Needs updating. Good for families.

3 day getaway with grandkids and their parents.. hotel accommodated us having 2 rooms side by side. Rooms were clean, well equipped. They are getting a little dated but fine for us. It was a little warm in the room with king bed.. A/C doesn’t really reach there. The beach was wonderful, free kayaks, canoe etc. A bonus. Pool and hot tub great as usual however pool area could use regular mopping if excessive water as it becomes very slippery. Renovations are being done slowly. We love this place!

The property was good. The front desk staff and any other housekeeping staff all had a smile and were polite enough. The location and the view from my room was great and I enjoyed the whirlpool too. Only few recommendations- The price for the room is already quite high, hence consider including breakfast into the same. $25 per person additional for Breakfast is very expensive!! Basic toiletries should be available complimentary - like body lotion (always available at every hotel/resort, I had stayed), tooth brush or paste in case required, hair conditioner (shampoo was available). These are very basic things but make a stay really comfortable. On a whole, my family loved the stay and would surely come back!!

There were no regular cleaning services provided. They only removed the garbage and replaced the towels every other day. I have kids, and I always choose a hotel over Airbnb for the cleaning services. It was unpleasant to return to a room that wasn't cleaned after a long day.

Very pretty location. Comfy rooms. Good for big families, and lake view is stunning

Strong curry 😷 smell in the room, had to leave doors open even though it was very cold outside, other than that pretty happy with everything else. Staff was very friendly, pool/gym/Jacuzzi were really nice after skiing, 4pm cookies made the kids very happy.

Great family friendly hotel! We loved the space, amenities inside the room (fully stocked kitchen) and the pool and spa were great. Restaurant was lovely as well. We will be back!!

This property is beautiful, the staff cater to everyone, kids included. Would definitely return

We loved the lodge feeling of the hotel We got upgraded to a suite that includes king bed and a queen bed with a kitchen, it was very spacious and comfortable for a family of 5 with 3 kids under 6. Didn’t like the elevator breaks throughout the day esp when we had to checkout at noon, it was pain to carry bunch of small bags 2 staircases along with the kids. Also, cleaning the room was on the 3rd day only and that didn’t include washing dishes!

We enjoyed the activities that were onsite. This included the ice rink, camp fire and a small light trail fot skaters. The 4 o'clock treat which included hot chocolate and cookies for the kids (free). The free shuttle service is great to head to the ski hill,shops and restaurants. Our room had lots of space. A few improvements: Missing hangers, some electrical plugs needs replacing (power plug would come loose or cannot plug). We enjoyes this resort and would recommend.
