We requested a room for 4 to sleep comfortably. The room provided was a queen bed and a pull out couch. The mattress on the pullout couch was such bad condition, it was unacceptable for 2 kids to sleep in. My kids didn't sleep very well on the first night. I had to complain to the front desk for them to provide temporary relief in the form of comforters added on top of the mattress. When renting a room for 4, all mattresses should be in good condition and relatively comfortable.

This hotel was perfect, especially if you are traveling with kids and a big group. Easy to walk everywhere, really close to the waterpark, restaurants and everybody at the hotel was really friendly and accommodating. We will be back !

From the moment we walked into the lobby service was excellent. We were greeted promptly and hotel employee was pleasant, informative and great sense of humour. As this was my first time here, upon entering our room, I was extremely surprised by the size, roominess and cleanliness as well as modern touches. Everything was spectacular. We used the outdoor hottub which was just perfect. Check-out was as seamless as check-in. I will definetely be returning during the summer with my grandkids to enjoy the outdoor pool.

We booked this hotel under the impression that the pool would have been opened for the summer season. It was not open during our stay and we had a very disappointed kid with us! The website states that a pool is part of the amenities but this was not true for our visit. They have a very small hot tub which had people in it everytime we went to go and use it so we never got use out of it. We called for some extra blankets and pillows at 10pm and we're told that we can come to the front desk to get them ourselves. This is poor customer service. We are paying a high price to receive customer service and did not receive any.

Very nice apartment with kitchen. We could do the check-in earlier and check-out later which is really appreciated (mostly when you have kids). Indoor spa was not working and sauna was not really hot (a rainy day). However, spa and swimming pool were fine.

The lodge is a very quaint and cozy place that is fairly priced for its excellent location on the mountain. The staff are knowledgeable and frequently courteous. My family and I have stayed at the lodge several times and will likely do so again.
