Tour des Voyageurs

$395 per night is too expensive for the amenities provided, it should be $150-200 range. My booking was 2 queen beds 2 adult and 2 kids , they have one queen bed and one sofa bed , when I asked they said sofa bed is Queen bed. Also parking extra $30 underground parking, very tough to park the 8 seater car. No breakfast . Only advantage is this hotel is close to Mont-Tremblant.

Overall, a great place to stay at Tremblant, clean, great staff, nice rooms. One bonus is even though its a little farther away from the hill, its very close to the gondola that runs all day back and forth to the base of the mountain so getting your gear from the hotel to the runs is very easy. I only didn't give the hotel an excellent rating due to the condition of the bed mattresses. Lumpy, uncomfortable, and I've never had a bed that the mattress itself creaked and groaned so badly that anytime anyone moves it wakes up everyone. We had a junior suit with queen bed and a pullout for our son and both of them were equally poor quality. For the cost of the hotel, and the fact that when you've been skiing all day and want a good nights rest I think they need to invest in some better bedding.

Whilst the room appeared clean and in proper shape, the chemical smell of the room was caustic and overpowering. So much so that we had to change lodging entirely before even spending a night. My family is still recovering from the chemical exposure a week after our stay.

Overall I’m very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and quiet. The kitchen suited our family of 5 quite well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor parking was greatly appreciated albeit a bit expensive. The parking lot is poorly signed though. The walk out to the gondola was nice, but a bit confusing. Not true’ski from your unit’ but convenient for what it is. The village is cool and the food options are great! Worth the time and money to travel from Toronto! Thanks for a very good experience!

The staff is not friendly at all. I was traveling with my family and we arrived early. I wanted to store my bags in the hotel not in my car. I asked if would be ok, the gentleman at reception said yes. When we brought all our bags up, they did not want to store them saying the guy who said it was ok was new, like please spare me. The room is nothing special, very small since we had to take ski clothes for 4 with us, it felt cluttered and small. No housekeeping for. 3 days. It’s very expensive for what it is.

A great hotel to stay at with the family. I booked a room with a kitchen and it’s fully stocked with everything you need which helps to save money as we don’t have to go out to eat for every meal. The free gondola is right beside and the kids love taking it to the top of the village, it also offers a great view!

Great for families. Lots of activities around.

It was very nice and comfortable stay. Loved the fact that kitchen came fully equipped and we as family did some coming during the heavy rain one evening. The property location is very good as well, right at the bottom of the village and in front of the cabriolet. The only 2 comments I will have for the property owners and managers are: - The property is getting old and requires updates. Generally it has been kept really well but addition lighting in bedroom and kitchen cabinet updates are due. - The front desk staff was overwhelmed. Every time I called it went to front desk, have to wait in line and most of the time in the afternoon there was only one person at the reception. Again the two points above are recommendations that will improve the service quality and customer satisfaction. Overall an amazing stay as always at Mont Tremblant and love the family time and strolls right outside the hotel.

Tour des Voyageurs is the perfect place for a family as it has a kitchen to provide an option of staying in or going out. It is close to the gondola to take you up the mountain and is part of the festive energy of the mountain. Some things that could be improved are the beds - not the most comfortable (esp. pull out) and we were there a week with no cleaning check-in. Also, we asked for a later checkout (only 2 extra hours) and were charged. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

nice placement clean , nice decor beds and pillows not comfortable we did not get lucky with our neighbors there was a kids hockey tournament near by and the hotel had kids running around and making noise
