Our stay was great. The family room was very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and free parking lot. We were 5 minute away (by car) from Pedestrian Village, Mount Tremblant. There were also free shuttle from hotel to the town. 😀❤

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! Our stay was incredibly relaxing thanks to the welcoming atmosphere, nice helpful staff and comfortable accommodations.
We took a two-bedroom family suite, which was great for our family of 5, although all rooms have the same amenities and can accommodate up to 6 people.
As a family with a son who is celiac, having a complete kitchen was a godsend. The ability to prepare safe meals made our stay even more memorable.
The pool, hot spa, games and mini gym gave my kids plenty to do while we were there.
Location is great only 4 mins from Tremblant village.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Great location and property. Check in seems to be an issue every time. Last visit was given a room that was already occupied. Was very awkward walking into a room with a family allready there. This visit the 4 pm check in time was not accurate even though I had an email at 330 pm saying my room was ready. The first associate we dealt with stated we had no room here. He then back tracked to say we would need to wait an hour. This being 20 min after the room was supposed to be ready. 1 hour later we dealt with a different customer service representative who was very pleasant and was able to get us our room with no issues. This while the previous agent was glaring at us for not going back to his counter. All in all it’s a pretty good hotel that has some internal issue that need to be worked out.

Chateau Beauvallon is a hidden gem very close to Mont Tremblant village. The hotel offers an external swimming pool, external hot tube and internal swimming pool, and an Irish Bar and game room. The rooms are big and comfortable. I really enjoyed spending my days there with my family!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at chateau Bauvallon. Our room had 2 full washrooms and a kitchenette. The room was small but every square inch was optimized. There is no phone in the unit but it’s was okay. The Murphy bed felt incredibly comfortable and the actual bed was amazing, I forgot to mention that the pillows are great and won’t give you neck and back pain. The only thing is there was no dishwasher soap tablets nor there was a rack to dry your plates. The kitchenette comes equipped with coffee just bring your coffee whitener and sugar. The balcony felt safe and sturdy.
I’m not sure why in the hotels in Tremblant there’s no garbage chute so you gotta deal with the smelly garbage.
We are very content with our stay, the internet speed is good and the staff courteous. It’s great that they offer a shuttle service to the village. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

We are returning visitors to the hotel, including our extended family as well. This is my second time staying at the Chateau and the change in management is very evident through the quality of our stay, this second time around vs. what we have personally experienced in the past.
Magaly and the three shuttle drivers were absolutely incredible and the only people at the hotel who treated us with kindness and the hospitality we deserved.
Here are only some of the grievances we experienced:
- Front desk complained about other guests and not being able to go to the restroom for 3 hours to me, which was extremely unprofessional and deterred me from asking for anything that was lacking in the room
-Asked for towels and was told that the hotel doesn’t have capability to wash towels for all the guests. We were three people staying for three days and there weren’t enough towels in the room to begin with.
- Hot tub was not working the first night without a notice of when it would be fixed
- Was misled about ski rental service not operating at the hotel
- I Had to ask 2x and wait one hour for the Murphy bed to be brought down, which impacted our sleep schedule
- Asked for robes and the front desk continued to insist that she already gave me the robe when in fact I did not get any robe.
I tried to give this feedback to the management and only Magaly from the front desk reached out. I never got a call from her management to offer resolution, which I expect as a returning guest.

It was just wonderful. No detail was overlooked or neglected by this hotel's staff.
We stayed at a family suite that was equipped with everything from A to Z, whether kitchen utensils, dishes or complimentary bath and kitchen products (no tea though, bring your own!). The room was immaculately clean, modern, the linens were luxurious, with plentiful towels, robes, etc.
Murphy bed is a brilliant solution to provide a luxurious additional bed and to free up space during the day.
If I were to offer a suggestion it would be to include a sealing strip on bathroom's and bedroom's French doors.
The facilities were up to par: large game room, interior pool, large outdoor hot tub.
Everything was clean and a pleasure to use.
The ski storage required asking front desk staff to lock/unlock it. Complimentary shuttle was prompt and arrived within minutes.
Thank you very much, everyone and especially Patrick, who provided a lot of guidance and help prior and during our stay.
