Our room had a connecting door to the other room next door, and the family there was very noisy and loud. Those connecting doors have no soundproofing at all and you could hear everything.

We loved the hot pool and sauna! The location is perfect for a ski vacation at Mt Tremblant! We didn't like the fact that the rooms were not cleaned daily (only if you stay more than 4 nights), there was no safe box in our room (we were told that no room has any), breakfast was advertised at $15 for adults and $5 for kids... Misleading... The dishes were priced at $15 or $5... We ended paying $80 for a decent breakfast for a family of 4... Not too many food options around... You need to drive 15 min or more to get a good dinner. Note that there's no ski room... You keep all the equipment in the room with you... All in all, it's a great deal. We enjoyed our stay. Some small things that make this even a better experience!

The hotel is located in downtown Mont Tremblant and just a 15 mins drive from the village. And it is right beside the snow tubing park which is a big advantage for families who wish to do the activity. Rooms are cozy and spacious. We fitted in an extra cot without any problem. Washrooms are clean and well lit. Highly recommended.

My family really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool/hot tub and sauna. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and was very clean and nicely decorated. The cafe had great coffee and other snacks that could be purchased which was very convenient. It was also in a great location, close to the small town with restaurants and shops. My only critique would be that the small cafe could have used one or two extra staff in the morning at breakfast time as the line was long and I had to wait quite a while just to get a morning coffee. The staff did a really good job and were working very hard, but they were definitely understaffed in that area. This wasn't a big issue as we had brought food to our room. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be returning!

Great hotel, clean and well kept. One staff member brought down the total experience by being ignorant as a family member was speaking French to her and she remarked that she could not understand her although we are francophones from Ontario. She was condescending and inappropriate.

We liked the mountain views, especially from the pool, the sunset in late August was beautiful. The mountain view from the room was beautiful as well but it wasn't a typical mountain view. Perhaps because we had a ground floor room the view was somewhat restricted. The room was nice, clean and generally well appointed. We had the comfo-King mountain view room, which was the only one capable of a wheelchair accessible room we were told, which is kind of an issue for someone who isn't able to afford the higher priced room. The King bed provided a decent sleep but be warned the extra "double" bed isn't your typical double. It is not as wide. Bring your extra blow up mattress if you've got two larger/taller "kids" like we do. There was no microwave in the room as advertised nor one available in the common areas so keep that in mind. We were told they had removed them at some point, however the booking details didn't accurately identify that change. The pool is literally a hot tub, very relaxing albeit not as clean as you'd expect. It is outdoors though so that might affect the frequency at which it is cleaned. The parking was ample and free. Room turn down service is only available without a charge if you're staying 3 or more nights, otherwise it is $20 for 1 night or $30 for 2 nights (Aug 28/29, 2023). The front entry is accessible. The wheelchair accessible bathtub has a roll in shower and transfer seat. Toilet has 1 bar along wall. Adequate overall.

Stayed for 2 nights with two toddlers, with plans to go snow tubing. Location is perfect for that and we went two mornings in a row as the kids had so much fun. Rooms are supposed to be soundproofed - we were in a corner unit so only shared walls with one other room and we didn’t hear anything although we were in a high traffic area (stairs and entrance to the pool/hot tub) so we would hear loud noises occasionally but to be expected. Room was clean and spacious. When we first arrived, our toilet actually flooded but staff were genuinely there to help and make sure our experience wasn’t ruined. They had someone come immediately to fix the issue. Same kind and friendly service from the cafe. Not a full restaurant and would have to go downtown for that but had good selection of snacks or light meals like croissant sandwiches and nachos. Check in and out were straightforward and easy. We didn’t use the outdoor heated pool but saw it was fairly busy throughout our stay. Very close to downtown for food and shopping and 15 min to the village. We enjoyed our time and stay here. (PS we recommend dining at Lo Cal only 2 min away if you stay here!)

We stayed as a family of four, and we were there with another family. It was lovely and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were lots of common areas where we could gather and play games and visit. Parking was convenient, and there were a few local restaurants and shops you can walk to. Our very favorite part was the heated pool. It was sooooo nice after a long day, especially after skiing.
