Perfect place for our family! Clean, friendly, spacious and amazing breakfast

I had to call the service desk a few times kids just running all threw the hallways and making a bunch of noise even after 9pm

Great morning breakfast Rooms are clean and spacious would recommend this to any single person or family

Pool was great for the kid. Only issue was a bit of construction gear in parking but this is from the current renovations.

Room was clean and comfortable however the hotel was filled with children this weekend so we were unable to use the pool. Wish we had known about the hockey groups booked so we could have gone else where. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest but the property was well maintained. Desk attendant was pleasant but the maid was vacuuming in front of our room at 9:45am and felt like she was telling us to hurry and leave before the 11am check out. Felt very rushed. Would return back but woke check first to see what events were happening in the area.

The stay was going fine until 9:30 in the morning when a pipe burst and we had to be evacuated in our pyjamas. Not the way I wanted to start my birthday. And upon leaving, nothing was even said to us, not even an apology! I understand no one can know this will happen, but an apology would have been nice. And because of the pipe my kids were disappointed they missed the breakfast buffet.

We stayed with family Free breakfast was joke Not a single food item available around 9 am, except for coffee ( Breakfast time was till 10 am). Staff not helpful Only one person during night , took long time for check in-

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and i would definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends. Very clean and a few minutes from shopping and restaurants.

This is a very standard oldish hotel - no frills. As clean as it can be, being as old as it is. Except the pool, which was really quite dirty on the bottom and there were hair chunks around the edge of the pool... We arrived around 7:30 or so and went to our room. The toilet was leaking, they came to look, said it was okay and left. But then it immediately started leaking again once we turned the water back on. We waited a while, and then they came to switch our rooms and just offered an apology. By the time this was all done, the kids were getting to bed pretty late. The beds were not comfortable. Fairly old and lumpy. I always look forward to nice hotel pillows, but these were not those. Breakfast was okay, standard things. We paid extra to stay here, thinking it would be an upgrade from other places we've stayed in the region recently, and I definitely wouldn't do it again.
