Loved the spacious room. The pool and hot tub were big hits with the family. Staff were all very friendly and helpful

The room was a good size and clean. Nice location close enough to everything. The customer service was not up to par with the hotel. I asked about breakfast the night before what was needed to get some and they said just sit down and you will be served. We waited over 25 minutes and they didnt even ask if we wanted anything. The had served a family before us and tired of waiting we left. When we came back they were serving other people. Dont understand why they didnt want to help us.

This property is completely misleading. We booked a room for 4, one bed and one pull put bed. The pull out bed is so small that my 12 years olds legs were hanging off the end. This room is not worth the money. One of my children used the cushion from the couch to sleep on the floor and then found a bug on the pillow! Horrible

My kids found garbage under the chair in our room. The pool was nothing special. In the photos it showed a little waterfall from the hot tub to the pool. It wasn’t working and it looked like it hasn’t worked in a long time. The fire alarm went off at 745 am which was super inconvenient for me and my 3 young kids (5,3,newborn) to get down 6 flights of stairs first thing in the morning. Not mad that it went off (safety first obviously) but I was annoyed that at check out the person at the desk didn’t mention anything about it or even acknowledge that it happened.

The booking was not clear on the breakfast accommodations. There were never enough towels in the room for all 5 guests. Pool was dirty, the hot tub jets were not working. There were never towels in the pool. After asking the front desk to bring towels they didn’t come and our children had to go to the room wet. Room was clean but bath tub leaked. Balcony was average. Hotel is located in a convenient location.

The bed are bad and soo soft , back pain the next morning , they add issue with the elevator. And very noisy guest with children got the stay not really relaxing , i wont go back !

The property was ok, the main issue I had was the plumbing , every time we took a shower water would fill up in the tub , I did call the front desk , they did send someone to try to fix it , the lady want a house keeping not maintenance… I had a baby so it was so hard to give her a bath in a tub that’s backing up . We were traveling from the US so we had already unpacked our stuff and cleaned the room . We didn’t want to change rooms so we just made it work. Besides that everything was ok. They are doing plumbing so there are tools in the lobby but it was quite.
