The Broadview Hotel

This is our go-to property when visiting Leslieville due to its proximity to family and restaurants. The rooms are very nicely decorated and beds are dreamy! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the elevator wasn’t operating properly during our stay but otherwise it’s a 5 star experience.

This is a terrific boutique hotel. We needed it for an overnight stay to visit a family member at the Bridgepoint Hospital, but we will definitily be back for a nice little getaway when we want to be close to the downtown area. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. The public areas are so tastefully done, and the rooms are welcoming, fresh and inviting; comfortable, and quiet. The bathrooms are big and the marble and shower trims are perfect decor. Its a great hotel.

You could stay here and not have to have other plans to do anything because just staying here is an experience. Great!! So convenient , very accommodating, friendly. It’s an adult kind of place but little ones were there. Towels and bed linens luxurious Loved it!

Our family stayed at the Broadview and the accommodations were great. We even went for a quick trip to the Rooftop. The front desk was great until it wasn’t. The night we stayed, the suite next door threw a rager from 11pm to 6am. The walls were vibrating and there were loud, violent arguments. I called the front desk twice and all they said was “we can only ask them to turn it down.” Of course this didn’t result in anything happening. We all got no sleep. It was a horrible experience. I complained the next day to the front desk where I was assured I’d be contacted for compensation. I called again the next day to follow up and again, I was told I’d be contacted within 48 hours. I’m writing this terrible review because they clearly don’t care about customer service. We will never stay there again.
