Holiday Inn Sudbury, an IHG Hotel

We stayed here with our family for the purpose of a university graduation. The staff were very welcoming, hotel and room were very clean, and overall was a great experience. We were there for 2 nights, and during this time the elevator was out of service multiple times. This was not convenient, as being on the 4th floor with a toddler and many bags didn’t make for each transporting. Perhaps it would be helpful if there was another means available aside from the stairs and another elevator.

Parking lot full and a long dark walk to the door. Hard to carry luggage in from the parking spot, up the stairs at the back of the property. Felt nervous as a mom alone with young children. My son has mobility issues and no handicap spots available. Poor accessibility.

Always a pleasure staying at the Holiday inn in Sudbury. We are a family of 5 and the staff are incredibly kind and professional, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was very good as well and the service was so wonderful.

Room was spacious. Had 3 beds, 1 was a pull out sofa. Need more of this option for families.

The food manager was being completely rude to his employee, yelling at her in the dining room. I said to him that he should do that where customers can’t see and learn to talk to staff better. He then started in on me saying some very unprofessional things in front of my children. The front desk staff were very pompous to everyone

We loved our stay. Because we had a pet, we had a massive room on the main floor that was close to the pool. We had our son with us so it was very convenient to go swimming and walk back to the room. Staff in the dinning area, cleaning staff and front desk were impressively friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, very clean, pool was clean and stocked with towels. Great place for families

For a one night stay it was exactly what we needed for our family of 6. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful each time we needed service/had requests. The pool while small was just the right size for out young children (8 and under). The only thing that could have been better was the quality of the pull out bed mattress. You could feel every spring as if there was no mattress at all. Luckily our 6 and 8 year old are lighter and didn't seem to notice but they might have if we were staying for multiple nights. Overall though we would stay here again.

People do not clean up after their animals on property and does not look like hotel cleans it up either. Left room in perfect condition but was charged for no reason. The breakfast was great though and was nice the kids ate free. The room was decent but compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed in this week it did not compare.

Our family, especially the big kids loved the 7ft deep pool. Two queen bedroom was nice and clean, only problem was there was no microwave to warm up our food. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future! Friendly, helpful staff.
