Our stay is good even though we did not get accessible room for wheelchair they gave us room closer to the elevator. Also it’s 2 mins drive close to Casino Rama to watch Paul Anka’s concert. My family is pleased to the staff and facilities. I will recommend.

Within an hour of checking in we had a family emergency and had to leave. The staff showed no empathy or compassion and simply stated that we were going to be charged for the full rate.

I booked here due to the indoor swimming pool. However the days I came the swimming pool was out of order. My kids felt dissaponted.

We were on the second floor and whoever was above us had kids.. they ran and played in the room from midnight until 130 am.. did not get a very good sleep.. also shower stall could have been cleaned better. long hairs in it.

Our first stay out here, was slightly disappointed as had booked and paid online for 2 Queen sized beds and when we got to our room we had realised we were given 2 double sized beds instead but it was too late to make changes in the late evening as we had our family with us. Overall experience from staff was great, rooms looked good, clean. No pool, but knew this prior so that was fine. Very happy family experience and we had a great time overall would definitely return again next time we visit the area.

The hotel manager brian was very polite and helpful, but for some reason it took me over an hour to check in the hotel through your app for some reason you recieved my money and you sent me comformation of room but hotel did not. Family where on the road for 7 hours and tired and we just wanted our room. We finally got every our at 12:30am after figuring out how call your company so they could call days inn hotel. As a family we where so frustrated.
