Amazing staff, very clean and a great location near lots of amenities. Plus, they have a complimentary hot breakfast which you rarely see anywhere. Rooms also have a fridge, microwave and coffee pot so you can stay affordably with the whole family. By far the best hotel in Midland!

We love this hotel. It’s so clean and modern. The staff is so friendly. Beds are excellent. Only rating this stay poor because of no fault of the hotel. There was a hockey tournament going on and there was kids everywhere- so loud!! Banging on our door. Running down the halls. Was not our typical quiet relaxing stay.

Thought we would try somewhere different. Well needless to say this will be our last time at this hotel. The shade did not help dull the light shining into the room along with the noisy air conditioner, I need to express noisy! The bedroom was cool yet the other entry room was warm. The main lobby was stuffy and warm. The only thing I found adequate was the bathtub. Not a place for my child and us. Some updates need to happen soon.

The inn was clean,staff friendly, no frills accommodation that worked good for a nights sleep and kept family budget in mind.Breakfast was decent and included in stay which was nice. Location not far from restaurants.

Stayed here last minute as our ferry home from Manitoulin Island was cancelled. We have 2 little ones and the Executive King Suite was perfect!! Separate room for mom and dad, pull out for kid one and a corner nook that fit a pack and play for kid 2. Enough visual separation in the room that everyone was able to fall asleep. Room was clean and big - nice sized fridge and real plates and glasses. Only issue for us was that the air conditioning unit is located in the bedroom suite so anyone sleeping in the common area (Ie the pullout sofa) is going to be warm if it’s a hot day. Hot breakfast is standard and perfect for us. Definitely staying here again if we are back in the Midland area.

Good and well supervised breakfast---access off highway not so convenient---some noise from child playing in room above but front desk tried to help here.

The facility was very clean and quiet. The rooms have ample space for a family of four. Customer service was top notch and the employees were all very friendly.
