I was quite dissatisfied when booking here. Usually I don’t leave reviews but I booked a group of people for a work trip: 1. Issues checking in 2. Refusing to give late check outs BIGGEST ONE … 4. OLD CHICKEN AND BEEF AND CHEESE LEFT IN OUR REFRIGERATOR.. are you kidding me.. down right disgusting, no one bothered to even look? 5. They gave us one roll of toilet paper, none accessible unless we called. 6. Bathroom of my staff - the mirror had black circles on it, all over and it looked so ghetto.. I was shocked they’d give out that room.

It filled our needs, accommodated our dog for one of the nights, we were only there to sleep as we have family in town. It provided all that we required.

We traveled as family with a pet dog (Maltese) and stayed for 2 nights in the July long weekend. Initial room was quite bad with strong odor and the carpet was not clean. We were quite upset however the staff are very good. They took note and provided us with a clean room for the 2nd night....thus no complain and are quite happy with the hotel staff and stay
